The relative lack of quality of RB’s in PL history

There were a couple of very good ones over the years:
Neville, Lauren, Zabaleta, Ivanovic, azpilicueta and Petrescu. But we’ve never seen a real world class RB in the PL.
At LB we’ve had Irwin, Evra and A.Cole.
