Voted by fans. Second year in a row Chong has won an award he doesn't deserve because it is voted by fans who have never watched a single game.
Lay off him, just a kid. After all, you are just another fan with an opinion like those who voted.

On another note, I love his Manc-Dutch accent!

It's a fact he hasn't deserved either award. An award process voted by people who don't watch any of the games is idiotic, it's simple. Lay off him? He didn't deserve the awards, it's a basic fact. He played like 5 games for the u18s last season and is winning awards over the likes of Garner who were integral to the teams success. So no I won't lay off idiotic fan votes which make a complete mockery of the awards and punish the kids who were actually vital parts of the teams.

After all I'm a fan with an opinion who has actually watched the games. Something 99% of the voters haven't.

Tbh, I don’t disagree with you that he shouldn’t have won it, in my opinion anyway. Just think at that level it’s a little harsh to be getting on to players saying they have won two years undeservedly. He’s been through a lot and came back very well, and last season in particular, he was brilliant, although admittedly, he switched levels from U18 and 23 so perhaps technically speaking he didn’t deserve the award.

And chill a bit. You always seem so angry on here!

When I saw him make his debut and his sunsequent appearances, he looks very raw. I remember watching Greenwood and the difference was that the latter looked more composed and ready for the step up. I think Chong needs another season to develop. Given that U23 coach has now gone, I think its best he stays at United and not go out on loan.
