We doNo one wants to pay for Pogba. That's about it. No club think he's worth 150-160m. We are both stuck with each other at the moment so he will have to perform.

Unbelievable the excuses pogba gets from some on here. Hes playing the game and angling for a move on the sly.feck me we have some precious souls on here. I've just looked at the story - it's a picture of his brother being interviewed. He's promoting the fact his brother was in the press from what I see. Really not that much of an issue. What's he supposed to say - my brother's an attention seeking spanner?
That's all that matters at the end of the day,he's still under contract for the next 2 years + a club option for a third. If a club wants him over the next year or 2 they'll have to cough up something near our valuation. We do
Me neither, after Ronaldo I honestly don’t care about any player leaving for Madrid as long as we rinse them.Seriously, I'm not even that arsed.
Pathetic sensationalism in order to get a few clicks on their irrelevant podcast. How I miss the nineties and how people just used to get on with their lives until something was announced.Tweet

100% and tbh, I still don't see how he solves any of their issues even if he was to go there.Me neither, after Ronaldo I honestly don’t care about any player leaving for Madrid as long as we rinse them.
I’ll actually be glad when he’s gone so the circus stops. The club deserves to be treated better in all fairness.

I'm also confident that Gomes will more than easily replace his attacking influence in time, and with someone like Garner behind him, we'll have got the end product at both ends of the pitch that we're currently lacking.
Sell Pogba for £150m-180m next summer, bring in Saul for c.£120m and SMS for c.£100m and then let Gomes and Garner grow around them and we'll have more than replaced Pogba in the short and long-term IMO
it would be phenomenal, in that league to not be top 4 is equivalent to Chelsea's season under Mourinho when he got sacked.Scenes if Madrid fail to make their top 4 this season.
I think we'll have the cash for Sancho irrespective of what happens with Pogba. We've barely touched our budget for the last two seasons in terms of net spend.Any spare change left for Sancho?
They lost 12 matches last season while sacking 2 managers during the campaign and still finished 3rd, but people still think they'll finish outside top 4 in one day?Scenes if Madrid fail to make their top 4 this season.
Madrid fans gave Ronaldo a hard time and he was as successful and consistent as any player I’ve ever known, Pogba is as inconsistent a superstar I’ve also ever seen. How do we think Madrid fans would respond to him?
Yeah, I would be concerned it might not work out for him as he, or his entourage, believe it might. His agent is poison too.Madrid fans gave Ronaldo a hard time and he was as successful and consistent as any player I’ve ever known, Pogba is as inconsistent a superstar I’ve also ever seen.
Not good is my feeling.
Do you think they ever sit down and discuss the pros and cons of a move to certain clubs or is it all just big picture. “You should be playing for Madrid Paul”Yeah, I would be concerned it might not work out for him as he, or his entourage, believe it might. His agent is poison too.
Hard to know isn't it - although it's quite a big industry (and it's not *that* big by industry standards), a lot of the main protagonists are very young and possibly quite naive. I think he truly wants to work with Zidane, and I think if Zidane leaves the club he won't go there.Do you think they ever sit down and discuss the pros and cons of a move to certain clubs or is it all just big picture. “You should be playing for Madrid Paul”
But the chances of zidane lasting more than a year is surely 50/50 at best so how can you tie your ship to someone who probably won’t be there.Hard to know isn't it - although it's quite a big industry (and it's not *that* big by industry standards), a lot of the main protagonists are very young and possibly quite naive. Well this is it. I also see Madrid as a club that's going to drift for 2 or 3 years now. That's inevitable when you have an ageing supreme team, and have lost your talisman. It takes time for the holes which have appeared to become gaps for fresh talent and new blood to fill out into. But the chances of zidane lasting more than a year is surely 50/50 at best so how can you tie your ship to someone who probably won’t be there.
To be fair I think he'd rip it up in Spain, much more time on the ball, more space, he'd look unrealHow do we think Madrid fans would respond to him?
This is true as well, so long as Madrid had the defensive and midfield control. He'd be one of many creative talents, so it would be more of a case of *Pogba also chipped in with a sensational assist for 2-1* rather than *Pogba against struggles to unlock entire defence on his own, only creating 2 goalscoring opportunities in the match*.To be fair I think he'd rip it up in Spain, much more time on the ball, more space, he'd look unreal
It lowers my respect for the guy if that was even possible that he allows his agent and family to do the talking while he says nothing. If your brother was mouthing off stuff you didn't like to other people you would just tell them to shut their trap.
I'm sure he's fine in training and in terms of putting the work in but he clearly has no issue with the pot stirring. I mean, he's been at it for over a year now.
We should have signed someone in the summer and then could have still kept him if we wanted to as he's effectively a walking £100m+ cheque anyway. He's not someone any team is ever going to be able to build around because his understanding of what's going on in a game and whether he's playing well in it or not is about level with a cat's understanding of what a mirror is.
I don't think he's particularly likable from a fan point of view. He sees himself as bigger than the club and can't seem to stay focused on his job for a 90 minute game. From a manager's point of view I doubt he's anywhere near as big an issue as the media make him out to be. He seems to just get on with it and it's just about managing and weighing up the risk of his lack of focus against his obvious abilities. It lowers my respect for the guy if that was even possible that he allows his agent and family to do the talking while he says nothing.
I have respect for guys like Ronaldo who said I’ll do one more season before I want to go and play for the club I’ve dreamt of playing for, not bitches like this who looks ready to mess us around at his whim.
I don't condone what Pogba did or what his brother or agent are doing but I think we need to stop comparing Ronaldo and Pogba. And the reasons are that Ronaldo pretty much was going to play in the CL that year with United and also United were one of the favorites. Secondly, he was pretty much-guaranteed silverware the following season if he stayed at United for one more year. Thirdly, Ronaldo was 23/ 24 when he decided to stay another year which meant he had the bulk of his career left to play at Madrid (his lifelong dream). Now let's visit Pogba's situation, he does not have the necessary personnel around him to compete for the league title. Also, trophies are not guaranteed this season and we are not playing in the CL which every top player would like to play in. Also, he's 26/27, which means he's in the prime of his life and would like to play for a team that's competing for trophies on every front. Yes, I'm a United fan and I hate that he's toying with the club but I'm not going to hold him responsible for leaving because, at the end of the day, this is his job. If he doesn't feel like there's enough growth, anybody in their right frame of mind would leave for greener pastures. I bet Ronaldo would have kicked up a fuss if he was in the exact same situation that Pogba was. In fact, let's not forget the fuss Ronaldo kicked while he was at Madrid itself when it came to extending his contract. It lowers my respect for the guy if that was even possible that he allows his agent and family to do the talking while he says nothing.

Can’t agree with most of that apart from the sentiment.I don't condone what Pogba did or what his brother or agent are doing but I think we need to stop comparing Ronaldo and Pogba. Ronaldo came into a team that was well established. It had a blend of experience and youngsters and more importantly, he had the best manager in the world to guide him. What has Pogba had since he came to United? Pogba is a world cup winner for god sake, he's shown time and time again what he's capable of. He's no doubt inconsistent but like I said, you can't compare two players who are in different situations to act the exact same way. For the record, you're the one who brought up that comparison. All I am saying is that, Pogba hasn't been managed properly to get the best out of him or for that matter the entire team. Since Pogba's arrival, he's had to play in Mourinho's pragmatic approach which does not suit his style. Now he's playing a lot freely under Ole.Can’t agree with most of that apart from the sentiment.
Pogba has only done 2 full years, are we expected to sell him because he helped us fail last season after breaking a world record fee for him? Ronaldo was 4/5 years in before he started agitating and a damn sight more progressive/successful and delightful to watch.
Yeah he's Hazard mk2. At the moment there's nothing that can be done. We're both stuck with each other. We'll have to play him and he'll have to perform. He'll still come with these questionable quotes or behavior from time to time like Hazard. Let's endure for now.I don't think he's particularly likable from a fan point of view. He sees himself as bigger than the club and can't seem to stay focused on his job for a 90 minute game. I'd feel much more comfortable if we just had someone we could play instead. Then I wouldn't be bothered if we kept him or not. As it stands we kind of need him. Chelsea tolerated similar behaviour from Hazard when they were in a similar situation, but he's a much better player.
That is a ridiculous thing to post from a so called professional. Social media posts that are deemed to be inciting negative media attention to the club should be a punishable offence. Fine him and any other players who want to act up two weeks wages and see how long they keep it up.
What about the quotes regarding real Madrid, the guy isn't daft. Why simply congratulate your brother when you can post a conversation your brother had about you potentially moving to Madrid hint hint wink wink. Pah I'm sick of it and there sympathisersYes fine him for congratulating his brother for signing for a new club
Check the news sweetieDo you have any evidence for any of this? For all we know, it's just his irrelevant brother and his fat leech of an agent trying to steal media spotlight. Paul shouldn't be judged by their behaviour, but his own - and he's been nothing but a 100%, focused, disciplined professional ever since the preseason. Even delivered two Pirlo/Zidane/Ronaldinho level assists in first match of the season, MotM.
And yet... his haters will always fabricate some nonsense to whine about.
