I have just read the news on twitter that the former trialist took his own life.

He was 20.

If you are going through something like this in your own head. please speak to somebody.

I think it's quite simplistic and unresponsible journalism to report that the reason he took his life was because of his injuries.

People need to treat their head like any other body part. It can get injured or broken, and seeing a specialist helps. There's nothing wrong about seeing a therapist just like there's nothing wrong when going to see a dentist, doctor, surgeon, etc...

I'm seeing a therapist for anxiety and it does help. Really sad he passed away.
