These offside angles from BT sport aren’t helpful at all.

I am in favour of VAR but it's a shame now you can't really celebrate a goal until it's been looked at and confirmed.

I prefer the English way of raising the flag immediately rather the delay in continental Europe.

Good for Burnley, they've been testing Arsenal well today. Their defence is still looking shaky, remains to be seen how much of an impact Tierney can have on it. Ceballos looks talented and their attack, as usual, looks dangerous. Nelson in particular has looked lively.

With time I think they'll get quicker and quicker at looking at it.

I know it's not popular right now but I think VAR is important for the game, I'm sure I'll be livid when we inevitably get a goal disallowed because of it.

Arsenal came out of the gates flying, dominated first ten minutes like 70% possession. Then just took their foot off the gas, Lacazette hardly touched the ball from about the 20min mark onwards.

VAR is great because now losers can’t blame the ref for their teams failings.

Burnley - The English Atletico. How underrated is Ashley Barnes? Burnley been the better side imo, would love Arsenal get beat, Chelsea and Arsenal dropping points in opening 2 games would be ideal for us.

I mean that’s quite a massive flaw to have now. It’s pretty sad to be honest. I didn’t properly celebrate Dan James one last week as thought it was possible they’d rule it out

Feel a bit for Unai Emery. Imagine going through life with a face that looks like you’re smelling a rotten cabbage fart.

The offside looked like someone photoshopped Monreal a bit ahead of the line. I'm going to be the first to blame online hackers out to get Arsenal. Be a change from blaming the refs I guess.

Holding up with celebration and waiting technology of VAR to allow it or not, most robotic nonsense ever, its actually funny.

Ashley Barnes, one player I just detest watching.
He has such a punchable face and a very dirty player.
