Why don’t teams ever learn? You have to press a pep side. You sit deep and hope to frustrate and counter you get dicked. Every single time. Press you twats!

They won’t though, minimum 4-1 this finishes.

City's shape when they don't have the ball is incredible. They're just so damn effective at getting the ball back.
They make it look effortless.

City are absolutely embarrassing Spurs here. It's like they're playing a different sport.

City and Liverpool are a level above, especially City in the league are an unstoppable force
Liverpool have glaring weaknesses and are very beatable. Great team, but beatable. City are something else. Best team I've seen since the 09-11 Barca side.

Late sub who could run at players .. but I saw little in terms of actual quality. We know he has pace and can beat a man but he was a 72 million signing.

Wouldn't say he's looking like a good signing at that price based on what we've seen, which is obviously very little.
 Such a ridiculous, bitter set of posts from you. He’s come on a sub twice, yet to even start a match.

Can’t wait for the derby.

Where is Spurs' central midfield during their buildup? They're outnumbered in their own half at certain moments.

Now that Hazard is gone I reckon that four of the top five best players in the league come from City, with VVD being the other. Crazy.

All credit to Guardiola. This team has reached new levels in the PL, and pretty much exclusively down to him. The impact he has on this team is the real advantage. I reckon United would need to have a team of individuals about 25% better than the City individuals in order to be the better team.

I expect them to pick up pace. City will win the title of course, but Liverpool are still their toughest competitor.
Meh they made no significant signings all summer and they don’t look in great shapes. I fancy City to win it by far more than they did last season.

Rapid??? Who are we comparing him to? He turns like he's playing in water.

Perhaps when he gets into his stride with the wind behind him he can run in a straight line without falling over whilst maintaining a steady speed. He's a poor defender for a top team. Luckily you've signed yet another plonker to play next to him so he seems like "the good one." He's not young either, so it'll be a steady decline for him as well.
You’ve clearly never watched him properly. He doesn’t look like he would be, but he’s very quick.

Bayern in 2015-2016 (Pep's last season there) were incredible to watch but this City side feels more complete in Pep's vision than the Bavarians.

Sane (injured for now), Mahrez, David Silva, Jesus, Fernandinho, Foden etc all in reserve too.

Not letting go of that title. No chance.

This is fecking shit. They're obviously stupidly amazing but we're letting them do whatever they damn well please. Zero intensity from us, and De Bruyne getting all the time and space in the world to put two balls in.

Think I'm slowly losing faith in Davinson Sanchez as well. Has ability but I'm always nervous when he starts, and he's getting pulled all over the place here.

I'd honestly say just stick in Lo Celso for Winks, who is doing absolutely nothing. Can't be any worse than what we're seeing thus far, which is just bend over and hope the scoreline stays low. Got lucky with a punt from Lamela but otherwise have done nothing.

That is what I have noticed too. Winks is nowhere near good enough to be the ball playing DM in front of the backline. Ndombele is weirdly told to play advanced, Eriksen is invisible
