Yup, he seems to be busy, powerful and has a good technique. Gelson Martins has been surprisingly efficient too.

I wanted him at Sporting so bad. He is a player to score 20+ in the tugao.
There was a time I was constantly indicating him on Sporting Forum. Everyone laughed when Napoli signed a guy from Real Massamá on the second tier. Does he have any link to Gestifute? After all he was at Rio Ave and went to Monaco.

Gelson didn't worked directly with Jardim at Sporting but he has a good defensive workrate. Jardim liked Adrien Silva its normal added with Fabregas and those other players Monaco will be relaxed now.

Not looking good for Henry right now. They seem to be playing as a team again.

Tbh a lot of these players arrived after he left and he had a lot of injuries on the squad, its easy to blame him but Jardim also felt many problems before Henry.

The team is vastly different, Henry's weird tactics didn't help but the players were also pretty bad.

So why wasn't he given the time/opportunity to put it right?

Because he allegedly created a terrible atmosphere within the club and his tactics were terrible. Monaco were better before Henry, they weren't winning but games were close and Monaco looked like a team, with him it was a tire fire.

What is your name on Sporting forum?

Very good transfer window has saved them. Gelson and Fabregas really improved the midfield.

Monaco losing again. Their upturn only lasted for 7 games and now they can't seem to win for shit again. Still flirting with relegation. Be interesting to see what they do next season in terms of rebuilding.

Are we still in for that lad Hannibal?
He's only 16 or something like that ain't he? Not heard much since Jan. We already have enough young'uns coming through that haven't had a chance. Would rather try to go for Joao Felix from Benfica.

Caen and Dijon have picked up in recent weeks and closed the gap. Monaco need one win really. Still got to play St-Etienne at home and Nice away so some tough fixtures left.

He’s meant to be similar profile to a 16 year old Félix, Fabregas etc. A super talent. I reckon we need to start buying big in that age group with promises of minutes asap. Be proactive! : )

Monaco losing to Nimes.

Caen just scored v Reims.

Monaco in relegation play off in the live table I think (not sure if French league uses head to head or GD).

Bit of a reality check for all those who thought they could stay up on 33 points. They also have Nice away final game of the season which will be very tough to win.

Dijon now winning.

Live table

Monaco 33 points
Caen 33 points
Dijon 31 points.

Monaco's final two games are home to St Etienne (4th) and Nice away (8th).

Think they're going to be relying on Caen and Dijon not picking up the points they need in their fixtures.

They've been sucked right back into the relegation dogfight after getting a bit of form. St. Etienne still playing for Europa League places and no way will Monaco beat Nice at their place.

Fortunately for them, Caen and Dijon are both away to Lyon and PSG respectively. Their fate will go down to the last game of the season.

Not sure where I got St Etienne from, they played and lost to them last week.

They've actually got Amiens at home which is much more winnable fixture and they need to if it's not going to go to last day shootout.

Dijon actually beat Lyon away a few weeks ago so wouldn't put it past Caen to go there and get a draw.

They are playing Amiens at home next? Win there and they are as good as save
