I enjoy how Ole conducts himself in his interviews. He talks about the positives in a good way of course, but also talks about the negatives as challenges. It's something to overcome, not something to moan about.

I know ole will be successful from the way he talks and believes.

He knows the standards required, not just in quality but work rate also.

He’s managing to do it with a smile on his face and clearly so far the players are too.

Somebody like James was desperately needed to show our lads - “this kids coming in and running you into the ground, what’re you going to do about it? Look how much he wants it” .
