Watching Tielemans after all the hype from most of you is quite disappointing. Looks bereft of ideas. He needs to distribute the ball much quicker instead of turning possession.
Before buying Maguire calmed a few down, loads on here said missing tielemans was insanity, Leicester would finish above us and Evans was a better defender than Maguire anyway.

All bizarre nonsense.

Tielemans is struggling, both from the knock and the game
Tielemans has been atrocious so far
Not impressed at all.
This is pretty much what JPRouve stated last year after his loan to Leicester;he has talent but had some really poor performances for Monaco. It's in his head

Everyone's talking about our defence but Chelsea's CB pairing looks very poor
Rudiger will come in when fit, but I'm surprised they loaned Ampadu out to Leipzig. This was before Luiz left, but Leipzig already had quite a few options at CB so can't see scope for much game time.

I remember this comment. A Leicester fan came on here and said Evans was the better defender and was consistently guiding Maguire. A spurs fan also said vertonghen was a much better defender than Alderweireld(debateable) when we were after him. Do you notice the pattern here?

From here to there
Saw a tweet from a Chelsea fan on the BBC saying Chelsea are title challengers based on how they've started both games.

How they end them might be a better guide to their chances one might think.

Maddison, Ndidi, Choudhury, Tielemans is a bang average midfield. None of them looks like they can go up a few gears. Not enough intensity.

Change my view.

Good ball win and goal by mount, great flick by Giroud to setup Kante chance. Rest of the half was pretty ugly though. Work for Lampard at halftime to ensure we get the points.

Fair's fair, Mount has looked good.

We're seeing quite a few goals from teams fecking up when playing out from the back so far.

Said the same after i saw them last week. No way does that look like a midfield that can play a diamond.
