Isn’t this joke just wearing a little thin now? I mean you’ve made your point but now you look to derail threads with constant boring references ...
just a quick question, are you going to follow me on every thread and post? I’d be good to know, if so I can use the ‘ignore’ button.
Now back to Tielemans
 Think you’re confusing me with someone else, mate.

Either way apologies if my joke was tedious.

I like Tielemans, but he has been serially inconsistent the past few seasons.

Hasn’t he matured in the PL of late? I know he was shit at Monaco

Or maybe another UCL team will
Come in for him
The sensible thing to do would be to gain some momentum at Leicester and then move on when you are settled. Now going to another team and having 3 teams in 2 years for a young footballer isnt the greatest thing. Not sure if i would, he is finally in a big league at a decent club and playing, after having a mare at Monaco.

The amount of money in the business these days forces players to take trigger happy decisions. A season is a tonne of time and potential loss of income for a professional player. I'd go as far as to say money is on par with, if not ahead, career ambitions in the pecking order

He’s been good a few times I’ve seen him this season.

But he is still very careless and wasteful with possession at times.

Come to think of it he’s probably the one player in football who is actually very similar to Pogba.

His skillset should be conducive to sitting deep and dictating play, but he’s just not disciplined enough in possession or without the ball. Not a 6 or an 8 or a 10 really.

Immense talent but total enigma very much like Pogba.

He's a "high risk footballer". Always looking for that one killer pass. Which can lead to a high amount of misplaced passes.

Also when he's too high up the pitch he plays worse. He is not a number 10. Was the case at Anderlecht. Happened at Monaco too when he played in front of Moutinho and Fabinho. He's at his best when he can play in front or just next to a workhorse type of player in midfield. Was absolutely fantastic a month ago for the national team against Russia when he played with Dendoncker (from Wolves) next to him again in a more retreated role.

Wasn't his best game for Leicester though yesterday. Would do well to sign there and stay for 2 or 3 years and then make the jump. This is about his level right now.

Surely he would improve the Arsenal or Spurs midfield which a step up to Europa or CL football?

Horrid game. If he turned up. Chelsea lose that game.

Maddison was by far Leicester's best player today. Best out of both teams I think.

We all love United
He's not even very good. Not sure why people would want us to buy him. Bang average midfielder with an occasional power strike at goal which makes people think he's better than he is. Maddison was proper quality on the other hand

Yep awful today, this was my concern with him last season was he playing for his move which now he has what's the motivation to push on? That spell at Monaco was very concerning

Wrong passes, wrong timing of passes. Even when Chelsea opened up in the second half he’d make the wrong decisions.

he's an 8 a box to box man that creates
Not based on today. Our fans did a great job this summer overrating a player that was available - not surprising in the least.

Yuck.

He actually reminds me a bit of Matic, who also started as an inconsistent attacking midfielder before shifting to the DM position.
History has shown that he's awful as a DM. He's a play making #8 who isn't good defensively, isn't very mobile either which is a concern.

I could not fathom in the summer why we didn't go for him considering he was so cheap. He was very good for Leicester last season. What did he go for? 20m? He is far better than anything we have. Fantastic player

The Caf said he was crap so I put him in my FF team and knew he was going to be a great signing for Leicester.

Still can't believe Utd didn't try and sign this guy in the summer. I have to say he looks an absolute snip at £40m.

40m. But was still a very obvious signing to make. Said it so many times yet we let Leicester take him.. sigh.
