never trusting fat frank again
Lost £25 but still annoying to lose money esp when I’m jobless now. Would have thought Chelsea would have some backbone to fight back after their 0-4 loss to us on opening day.

No - but Norwich (a), Sheffield U (b), Wolves (a), Liverpool (a) - they need to find form really quickly...or they could have a really poor start
Next 2 are relegation contenders though? The two after, will be tough granted.

I obviously hope they have a dreadful season - 8th to 10th job, but Chelsea never seem to stay poor for long.

Are there two worse ball players than Choudary and Ndidi. My God they are awful. My eyes hurt.
Ndidi is terrible
Rodgers will ditch Ndidi and Choudary soon enough. Then Leicester will be very good.
I said all summer we should have signed bloody Ndidi!!!!! What a man, what a player!!! Vieira and Cruyff all rolled into one!!!!
God what a leap from Ndidi!!!

We should go after him, Maddison, then Sancho next summer!
FFS Ed go get Ndidi.
The opinion-meter was in full force today :)

Personally I don't see the hype about him. Or Tielemans. Not top 5 material for me. But I've been wrong before and I'll be wrong again and the world will keep turning.

Maddison would be the one to sign. Thought he was very good, though he should have scored the winner from point blank instead of blazing over.

I'm pleased with a draw but Leicester still should of won that match, so many great chances and given how the players reacted to the score they must feel the same for sure.

I thought he was someone we should have signed this summer. But I could have been wrong. Does he have great end product for example? Scores enough goals? As this was the only thing missing in his second half peformance yesterday. But it's a huge part of being an attacking midfielder. At the big clubs you have to make an impact unless you're a true playmaker.

I don't really see it with Tielemans yet. He's supposedly incredible but just about looks decent to good to me. Surely there must be better CMs out there to improve our team.

He’ll come good, he’s far too talented not to, he’s probably the most talented player we’ve produced since Hazard but he’s not ready yet.

We as in Belgium? If that's the case, I would say KdB is more talented than any Belgian player except Hazard.

He ended last season as the highest chance creator (100) in the whole PL. Not assists and goals but real chances, probably often missed by others. He also looked very accomplished last season usually putting in a shift but also having the craft to not just give the ball back to defenders and hide. I picked him for my FF on those things alone. :)

He's like a younger, more employed, Coutinho. He will add goals to his game for sure.

Tielemans disappointed yesterday. A bit hit and miss. Had a couple of great chances to send someone through on goal but tried to retain and messed it up.

Yeah I really do like him. He is both gifted as a creative passer and in his ability to weave past defenders in tight spaces. My hint of caution was because sometimes when players of this sort aren't like a Silva technically then they need end product/goal threat otherwise they remain top 4/top 6 players. But I think we should be interested in him, and he's one of the best talents outside the top 6.

Do players know if their match is televized? Maybe that explains why certain players tend to have good stats when you don't watch them but are bang average when you do watch them.

Someone like Richarlison is underwhelming when watching live.

Oh yeah of course and yes. However in terms of the hype and ability from a young age he was rated higher. Now careers obviously have different peaks and trajectories, however I’d be very surprised if he didn’t eventually cement himself as one of the top midfielders in the world.

fecking hell City only conceded 1 from open play since the end of Jan
Can't say I'm too surprised. Teams do well to make it out of their half, nevermind registering a shot off that hits the target no less.

Wolves clearly not up for this tonight, one eye on Torino for Thursday.
Europa League is going to break them this season. There's always a drop off for sides outside of the regular top six who play EL the following season.

Usually it's a sizable drop off as well.

I wonder how much pain the ball feels every time it hits Maguire's head.

Wolves look clueless when they can't counter attack. Losing 1-0 at home and they're camped around their own area

Martial on this form is a tremendous player. Doesn't do it often enough though.

Maguire and AWB is allowing us to play higher up and condense the game into 2/3 of the pitch. They cant get out because our back 4/5 are very good at 1 on 1s.
Even if Wolves get something out of this its a really positive aspect we have added to our play
