Same old, same old when we concede. We haven’t really progressed as a team in that sense. If you can’t sort your heads out and reset against Wolves then you got no chance against the really good teams. Very disappointed with that, tbh.

I was looking for some progression and it just wasn’t there. Great first half, but it's a mentality thing. We can't can't rally when the going gets tough.

Agree that mctominay needs to pass the Ball better.

Our set pieces need major improvement. The issue is that we have nobody capable of a decent delivery outside of perreira. Such incompetence. I actually wonder why Pogba doesn’t deliver them even though he is an aerial threat.

We played pretty well for lots of that game and a point away to Wolves isn't a bad result really.

Hugely frustrating though.

2 points dropped certainly but am encouraged by play. Lots of scope for improvement still but this was far better than visit to Molineux last year. Apart from that patch of 5-10 min at start of 2nd half, Wolves didn't create anything.

Clear improvement in our game, bit more clinical in the first half would have helped. Took a worldy to equalise and Wolves away is never an easy game for anyone.

Frustrating. Much the better side but just didn't make it count. Another promising performance though.

Good performance, disappointing result. Ole needs to try someone Gomes at the 10. Lingard and Mata won’t do.

Shaw was awful today in my opinion. Got destroyed on the left time after time, didn't offer anything going forward.
Subs were too late. Greenwood should have come on after 60 minutes for James.
I'm so fed up with us not winning these type of games.
Pretty much Shaw in a nutshell

I'm sorry but we were solid tonight. That's just nonsense. Wolves were toothless and got a point from what will be one of the goals of the season.
They hit the inside of the post and scored. We scored and hit the goalkeeper.

If almost scoring 2 goals is toothless, we were less than toothless because they were closer than we were

Basically drew that game purely on Shaw’s lack of stamina. Adama could hear Shaw huffing and puffing from the bench and decided to terrorize him. His constant spanking of Shaw gave their whole team a whole new will to fight.

I forgot Wolves are unbeaten at home since beginning of Jan. We wont be the only big club to lose points there. However, I guess it's better to feel like points lost than a point gained. Do what you want with that.

Shaw was knackered and so was Scott. It is impossible for a 2 man midfield to play against a 5 man midfield for 90 minutes. Impossible especially with limited talent players. We do not have a stiker force that can hold the ball. We do not have a midfield player apart from Pogba who can pass. What do you expect? Ole messed it up simply with his team selection and his tactics.
A blind can see that we needed Pogab to play further forward. With someone useless like Lingard and James insignificant he needed to bring in Matic.( No I do not think he is good enough for United) But today he was the only solution as we did not buy a midfield player. If he had come on today, ( Not starting) that would allow Pogba to go further forward later in the game. He should have taken James off and put in Greenwood much earlier on. No point in putting Greenwood on so late in the game when everyone else in our team is so tired. And to bring on Mata FFS.

Also for the live of Christmas people shouldn't overreact and start nonsense about us being wank or how last week it was lucky.

First we let this game slip away from us and secondly a lot of top teams will drop points against Wolves.

Good first half. As expected Wolves came at us in the second, should have tried to change things early on either by subs or by tweaking the tactics a little, if we did I clearly missed it.

We should be top of the table tonight.

I hope Wolves and their Mendes money laundering vessel of a club feck off back into oblivion.

A pretty much perfect first half away from home.

Wolves understandably changed things up tactically for the second and we struggled to adapt, especially down the left where Adama was wreaking havoc with his pace.

Idiotic decision to let Pogba take the pen and Ole's weirdly late subs (Mata, why?) sealed the deal.

Still, progress over last year. One silly decision away from 3pts.

Nothing ever changes I’m afraid

We are not good enough to do anything but make the numbers up in this league

Immensely frustrating

Fair result for me. Wolves played a lot better in the second half. We were decent throughout.

Knew Neves was going to score as soon as he received the ball

Pogba dived but can't begrudge the pen much, hit it hard and true.

We need to learn how to take corners or Maguire will never score.

Neville’s embarrassing himself on Sky. We know there’s no set order for penalties. There should be, but there isn’t.

Could have won that.

Wolves are a good team at home and outplayed us last season.

Well on top for 85 minutes of that game and pegged back by a worldly.

Lots of positives with how we set up which is streets ahead of how the team looked last season.

Very little to complain about
The only point i would agree with you on is we look slightly more assured at the back. We are still slow and lack ideas.i hardly remember us testing the keeper, in fact did we? In reality, if we want to finish 4th we need to be much better. Arsenal look a really good side now and Spurs will get top 3.

That's the difference between top sides and second tier sides(like Utd).

Liverpool or city would have been 2 goals up at HT and won the game.

Our lack of quality upfront is alarming to say the least.

Disagree. James got better and better as the game went on and was our best player in the second half. McTominay on the other hand had a shocker.
Yeah, he was still pressing at the end, while some seemed dead on their feet.

Pretty much. Wolves are a tough team to beat away. And yeah this was 2 points dropped.

I dread to think what happens when the inevitable injuries hit us. Our bench is beyond poor.

Ole bottled the subs as usual, left them far too late. I like him but i fear how he handles real pressure.

James probably better as an impact sub.

Pogba not good at penalties do stop it.

Can’t really complain as Wolves are a decent team well set up.

It's criminal that our starting CAM is Jesse Lingard. Don't get me wrong, the guy runs, hassles, moves, presses, etc. but he doesn't have composure in front of goal. Mata useless as a sub (and a starter tbf, just an extra body).

Shaw is the one I'm genuinely disappointed in. Cowardly play with little attacking play.

You were seemingly being critical of United at the back when we were very comfortable which I didn't get.

I feel like I need to vent after that game. What a horrible, disgusting game which brought me down in every way, that fat feck Raul applauding while being subbed off irritated the living hell out of me. Did I imagine it, or isn't there a new rule that states you have the feck off the pitch, no matter where you are, if you are being subbed? That sub took a solid minute and it ticked me off.

That extra minute wouldn't have done shite either way, no way we were scoring in the second half.

This game just shows that our players just decide to give up when it gets a little hard. There's no fight, no spirit, just sulking and frustration as soon as the opponent levels. It's pathetic, we start losing every second ball, we can't play a simple pass anymore, they have the emotional intelligence of a toddler this lot, it sickens me. Man the feck up and fight like you did in the first half.

If this players haven't done some self reflection over the summer, history will repeat itself; Luke Shaw will say "no excuses" and that we need to "fight harder next time" and jackshite will change. "On to the next one" and the Pogba stories will come rumbling back, the squad won't be able to handle it so we will go on our worst run in 60 years because it's so difficult. They should include a psychologist in the medical team so we can figure out why they can't fecking fight. It's fecking Wolves for crying out loud. Gosh.

Now I feel better.

Frustrating is the best word to describe my feelings after that.

We should have won that game. Definitely two points dropped. First half we were in total control. They had a good 10 minute spell in that 2nd half which they got the equaliser from. TBF it was a very good strike. The penalty miss is really fecking annoying. Why did Pogba take it when Rashford scored from the spot last week? Is it “makers takers”?

Overall if you offered me 4 points from our opening two games, I’d have taken it. But it’s just so damn annoying to draw that game when we were on top throughout barring a 10 minute spell in that 2nd half!

At the end of the season, it could prove to be a very good point gained or two points annoyingly dropped.

I dont see how its Ole's fault for late subs when the subs did nothing at all
They didn't have enough time, that's the problem. James and Lingard should have been taken off at half time. In fact at this stage Greenwood and Gomes should be given the chance. They were the main starters that held us back and we already know we have better players in their place.
