There is difference between praising someone and overreacting. He was good but was he awesome , i don't think so. And then you see comparison with Pogba it makes you laugh. But then again it is arsenal fans what else do you expect. Didn't some of them proclaim Xhaka was better than Pogba and Kante or Mustafi could be the next Vidic. Nothing new in that.
Obviously one fan's sensible response is another fan's overreaction esp when it's not your club. Every club's fan forum (incl Man Utd) is full of comments which border on the ridiculous or outrageous but that's the fun of football. So it's childish to be so irritated and infuriated by the views of fans about their clubs or favourite players. You clearly have some growing up to do.

Every club including United has fans who write complete and utter crap, and they are entitled to their opinions. You just have to learn to accept that reality instead of having your knickers in a twist and tearing your hair out because a fan has glorified his team's players.

For the amount of fee and wages being quoted I am very happy to have him in our midfield to replace Ramsey even for a season. It is a win win situation for us and Real Madrid. I am not too concern if we can buy him next summer as there will be too many factors involved.

Dani Ceballos is a player with very high potential, and at youth NT's he was pointed as one of their best talents. And that's why Madrid made this kind of deal, they kinda expect to have him back.

:lol:If that's what makes football fun for you then maybe it's you who need to grow up. Imagine Manchester United fan calling McTominay as the next Roy Keane or a better midfielder than Kante. It is bs either way.

There probably are a few on twitter. You can't take the mad ramblings of random Twitter users and generalise them over an entire fanbase.

I honestly wasn’t trying to banter any Arsenal fans. Some people say that Arsenal is top banter club, but not me.

Some twitter Arsenal fans saying Ceballos is what Pogba was supposed to be is top level delusion.
I think Twitter has reached a state now where I don't think we should even mention what people are saying on there. You have so many attention seeking idiots or downright scumbags lurking in there.

The Arsenal fans I have come across are very excited what is to come from him after his performance against Burnley. They don't think he will fire us to the title or save our season on his own. It is more the fact after Santi we haven't had a decent ball playing midfielder, of course it is easy to get excited. Still no sensible Arsenal fan is getting carried away.

Exactly. It's just shitty fan Instagram pages and twitter accounts. You should be rightfully excited, though and Liverpool will be a great test for him.

Vs Burnley - as you can see he's the heart beat of most of Arsenal's chances. What you notice is Burnley gave up pressing him after he turned their midfielders inside out a few times

That would require watching the game, understanding what was happening and then making posts based on what you saw rather than what some berk might have said on Twatter.

If only the FF operated like that, eh?

Can't believe how bad he actually is after being massively impressed with him at the U21 euros. Genuinely thought swapping him + cash for Pogba would be a good deal for us.

He's such a nothing player it's crazy. Will be a regular for Betis, Getafe etc. in 1-2 years' time, though.

I couldn't believe people thought like you did to be honest. He was crap at Real and wasn't exactly a wonderkid at Betis.

Can't speak for others, but my opinion was entirely based on his performances for Spains U21 side which is obviously stupid, but muppets don't think logically.

Well this aged well

Been quite good post lockdown, think Real will want him back? Big blow to Arsenal if they're unable to keep him

I think we've extended or in the process of extending his loan for another season. Real have an embarassment of riches and he didn't start well here

Zidane don't want him back, he should be back for a second season loan probably with an obligation to buy clause or a bigger loan fee. I like him, he easily starts right now but the goal would be to progressively build a brand new midfield in which he should be a good sub. His reliance on the same move over and over again (spin and cut back) is worrying. Shades of Alexis's cutback that completely stopped working after a while.
