16 year old angolan playing for rennes in central midfield, left footed, recently played the PSG midfield off the park. Also had a solid performance against Montpellier.

Are we looking at the next breakthrough talent for the 2019/2020 season?

Your technique stops developing at 16. You are basically calling for a game of 21 players waddling around a pitch with the coordination of a heaving fetus?
