Good side out tonight. Hopefully Iwobi and Kean get some 2nd half minutes and no CM injuries as we are short there at the moment.

I feel nervous about tonight.

I'm actually looking forward to watching Iwobi at Everton. He was a very hard player to gauge at Arsenal. Whenever I watched him my first thought was that he is not particularly good but then you keep watching him and he'll have a few moments which make you start to reconsider that. With a run of games and some confidence I can see him surprising a few people, perhaps myself included.

For all the money they've spent that Everton side still looks incredibly meh.

Yeah, I think he will be better for us than he showed at Arsenal too. I don't think we plan to play him as a CAM or CM which Arsenal were trying to do and we will play him as a winger where he's best cutting inside like Richarlison. Until people stop spouting the 40m shite though it will take a while for the comments about the deal to settle.

Reckon we'll concede with Adrian in goal. I do fancy our chances with Salah/Mane against whoever Arsenal have at full back right now. Apparently Monreal has been told he can leave.
Arsenal will play with their backup fullbacks and mane should destroy AMN. Also despite arsenals fire power. They have a negative manager who wont get the best out of them. I would love arsenal to go for it. But i expect a scared and defense ive arsenal lose a pretty meh match

Must be a bit depressing being an Everton youth player. Crushed it last season and not one player has made even the bench in the opening 3 games.

Marco Silva doesn't seem to trust the Academy much does he? Never really paid much attention to him in previous Seasons, is this a common theme for him at Everton and Watford?

Stupid from Engels.

Should 100% be taken off, it would be a mockery of the head injury rules if a player kicked in the head is allowed play on.

We don't have any academy players that are better than who we are starting...

Also Davies is on the bench.

Villa are bypassing the midfield completely so far.

Never in a billion years was that a pen. That was a dive through and through. He's going down before Grealish even gets near him.
Pool and Salah would get that every week. :wenger:
