It’s just not my year. I can justify all my decisions, I am confident in my team each weekend and then it falls apart.
It’s not as if you can chase points either as virtually no one is essential right now. There’s a lot of options currently and I don’t think any player you can be 95% certain in including from here. Even Aguero, Salah, Mane etc all come with massive opportunity costs, as you can only have three from each team. Maybe Aguero is the one who right now who looks the best acquisition, as there are fewer City certainties, but bet Pep rests him the week I rejig to get him.

Maybe Otamendi. Difficult as very few defenders stand out right now. You’d want one or two Liverpool ones long term, but short terms they have tough fixtures.
