He's probably the best pundit sky if not TV have at the minute. As funny as Keane and the "almost but didn't" comment was for banter purposes he was actually spot on in terms of how quickly things can change.

Neville is slowly morphing into the typical cliche pundit after being a breath of fresh air when initially on the scene.

Yeah, Carragher said it last year also, it's never bad as some people think and all it takes is one good player who can lift everyone. He was giving Suarez example at that time.

Irony that a Scouse legend has the balls and fortitude to speak more honestly and endearingly about our club than quite a few others more closely related to the club.

He should have never been let back with Sky. Spitting in a young girls face is one of the dirties things a man can do. I have seen Sky get rid of men for far less than this filthy act.
Doesn't even make the top 10 worst list imo.

That's probably the reason why. Carragher is never going to get a job at United judging by what he's said some may get pretty lucrative ones in the future or even something like an ambassadors role. The problem with pundits is there could be an agenda with what they say. Rio got slated for defending Mike Ashley when it turned out his clothing line is exclusive to Sports Direct then it clearly creates a bit of a problem.

I don't mind Carragher, he does speak sense but if Liverpool were in a similar situation to use I'd be questioning whether he would be slating their owners/directors as much.

He was right and was it really necessary for Keane to go after him with that jibe though . We might have a big rebuild job in front of us but the truth is if we get one or two good players in, especially those who can affect games up the pitch, then the whole mood around the club could change. The truth is that goals do change games and some games affect the course of seasons.
