I think it is finally their year tbh. They getting all the luck and breaks. City missing Laporte till January will cost them the title.

Imagine if they had lost VVD for that long. There would be public mourning announced.

Justice warriors are handing the Scousers the title, one of the best players in the league last season isn’t playing because of a stupid joke he’s made with his mate who wasn’t even offended by it.

Chelsea doing so much better with no transfer window, selling their best player and a newbie manager, yet Ole needs more time. :houllier:
Yep.

Apart from “so much better” being quite subjective, the fact they spent similar to us net and also the fact we have a completely injury ravaged team.

That would be true if we didn't sack 3 managers already.
To be fair we do keep them for much longer than most clubs do. Moyes wasn't sacked until the end of his season, LVG somehow survived that Christmas in his second season, and there's an argument to made that the Sevilla game should have see Jose out the door (which i'm not sure i agree with)

Lampard is doing a good job. I must say I am impressed. BUT look at the squad of players he has got to work with compared to what united
has. Chelsea have very good midfielders. They had a good core of players when Lampard took over so its really unfair to compare with Ole's
situation. Yes ole can improve but I also believe if we had similar quality players that Chelsea has, Ole definitely would be doing better.
We had (have) Pogba, Rashford, Lukaku, De Gea, Lindelof, Shaw, Martial. Those players would start at one of Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs. Yet you say Ole hasn't had a good team to work with and Lampard had a better core. :houllier:

Looks like Wolves are back into gear. A shame for them that they didn't finish their chances because their approach has been dead on.

Injuries are no excuse - Ole chose to start the season with a paper-thin squad. Chelsea didn't have that choice as they were transfer banned.

Considering the circumstances they're doing really well compared to what we're churning out every week.

Don't worry. City are fielding a Benardo Silva lookalike who happens to also wear his same number.

United being shit means that you attack less, create less chances, and have less "luck" than the better teams. That makes it easier to scream conspiracy whenever another team gets some kind of advantage. Regarding VAR not doing anything, I seem to recall some team from the north west somewhere losing 2 points because VAR overruled the ref just this week. Can't remember their name though, but i think they play in red. Maybe you know them? On a more serious note, calling refs and VAR partial towards certain teams is just conspiracy talk. Yes, VAR may struggle sometimes to figure out exactly where they should intervene, but that is the same for every team. The bottom line is that they get more decisions correct than without VAR.
What does United have to do with anything of this? What can't you understand here? Where did I talk of 'any' bias? All I'm saying is VAR is useless(unless there is offside involved). There have been so many shocking calls already and I've already given the examples. Rodri, D silva, Martial etc.. just to name a few. Stonewall pens not given because the on field ref didn't call it.
