Says the guy that personally recommended Phil Jones to Sir Alex.
That's a bit harsh. Phil Jones was one of the best youngsters in the country at the time. Everyone was delighted we signed him. I can remember his first few games at Utd. He was flawless. Not sure what happened after that.

Of course it is.

The Footballer Manager and FIFA brigade are obsessed with tactics, systems, style etc....in reality 80% of a football team is made up of the quality and mentality of its players
I'll have you know that Determination, Work Rate, and Decisions have to be pretty damn high to get into my team. :wenger:

Staffing is key.

Staffing is about terminating as well as recruiting. When SAF saw a player wasn't up to it they were gone in 6 months to a year.

The fact there's a debate about half of the squad: "Is Mata good enough", etc., tells us they aren't. Unless they're still up and coming (23 or younger), there should be no leeway. Off they go. The only players good enough to keep here are those whom rivals want. That was the reason they were on such high salaries - to ward off other clubs. Now they're on even higher pay, even when no one wants to poach them off us! Crazy.

With this injury crisis, all the players who should've left long ago get to play.

Well Sam didn't did he? If you look at the facts he did not get caught doing anything illegal or morally wrong.
I suggest you look again.. and ask yourself if he is still England manager
