He didn't do too badly in his previous spell as manager, probably second best team to Mourinho's all conquering Inter in his first season.

Also imagine he still holds a positive aura about him after Leicester.

His agent is incredible, that's why. He rarely goes long periods of time unemployed.
His agent doesn't have anything to do with his managerial performances which are there for all to see. I just don't get it. Only in football I suppose.

Winning the PL on your C.V seems to get you a guarantee of any job.

Just like Moyes rode being man united manager for a few years until everybody realised that was a fluke.

His agent has a lot to do with how quickly he finds new clubs. His managerial performances include some very good to incredible seasons. An agent will sell his best and always put the worst into context.

Roma will suit him much better than Fulham.

Fulham appointment was baffling because he's not the man for a relegation dogfight with a mongrel squad.

Roma are 5th have a decent squad, and I think he could get them playing again and will do ok.

How do you get sacked from one of the worst teams in the EPL then become manager off AS Roma? Surely there’s more managers out there to pick from.

Roma Coach Claudio Ranieri claims racist abuse in Italian stadiums “is not real racism, or at least it’s only a very small part of it.”

The debate continues in Italy over how to deal with racist jeers from fans, but former Chelsea and Leicester City manager Ranieri does not see it as a big problem.

“The racism you hear in stadiums is just something very silly to mock, in a very, very stupid way, a lad whose skin colour is not as light,” Ranieri told La Gazzetta dello Sport in a filmed interview.

“It’s silliness. I don’t think there is real racism in stadiums, or at least it’s only a very small part of it.”

I wonder if he would of found it "silly" if his skin colour was "not as light".

Stupid comments but then again he is in Italy, got to settle in.
