That was a champions performance. A goal down from the outset against one of the better sides in the league, their keeper having a worldie, just kept up the intensity and kept pummelling them until we got our lead, then saw the game out from there.

Other than Chelsea we had more shots and possession than the other teams in your list. United did well for 60 minutes but invited pressure by dropping deeper later on in the game. We could and should’ve been out of sight before Ings missed that sitter. They only got back into it because Adrian gifted them a goal.
We had 23 shots and 11 on target today. We’re not perfect but I think we’re pretty good.

They play Liverpool in a couple of weeks to get one of those defeats back. Liverpool already looking quite nervy to me, which is a positive sign.
