What was he actually trying to do here?
Your sig "Nani is crap, I tell you!" makes this even funnier.
He couldn't see the ball cause of the sun, at least thats what he said. He started to wear a cap after that match. What was he actually trying to do here?
Only Irishman who didnt know where Dublin was.
I almost forgot it was there tbf. Was a bit of banter back in the day when one of the guys on here decided I'm a Nani hater (was a huge Valencia vs Nani debate) after I'd had the nerve to suggest Valencia may be more suitable for us at times as he was more solid and Nani could be frustrating. (Tony was a pretty good winger back then but Nani was fancier). Later, unsurprisingly, I fought the battle defending Nani against some of those who had ridiculed my take on Valencia and had been bit of Nani lovers before. Typical Caf, you see. You're either out of this world or useless and you can't rate two players in the same position as it's too hard to comprehend.Your sig "Nani is crap, I tell you!" makes this even funnier.
The goal was eventually disallowed, as you can see at the end of the clip. The net was holey (as you can clearly see on a replay, the hole's quite big). Happens a lot on astroturf pitches on an amateur level, shouldn't have happened in a bloody Bundesliga game. This one is really strange because it seems to fool literally everyone apart from the player making the attempt
I’ve watched that second video 5 times- it still doesn’t look like it goes in!!?? Just ends up in the net... does anyone else think that??
I was in the stretty lower that day and even then I couldn't figure out why anyone thought a free kick was given.
That would be the handball I guess.I was in the stretty lower that day and even then I couldn't figure out why anyone thought a free kick was given.
Deserves more love.Only Irishman who didnt know where Dublin was.

Yeah I know thats what happens, but i can't see the point where it actually hits the post.Ball hits the post the moment he crashes into the net.
No, ball hits the post and the ref realises. Players think it's in as the keeper caused the net to ripple.Does the ref think the keeper saved it
Think it's just because they are in line with the sun behind the goal which is low and can be a nightmare for seeing anything when you're playing in those conditions.I also thought it might be something to do with the angle, but then all the players aren't looking at it from this angle and they all thought it went in!
But they didn't. All players in the final third of the pitch saw what actually happened. It was only the players furthest away from the goal that got deceived.Yeah I know thats what happens, but i can't see the point where it actually hits the post.
Shit quality probably doesn't help to be fair...
