No such luck on the PC... I'm stuck with it
Last I played it was a few days ago.
I decided half way through a game to play 'passive' and just stayed in one room, claymored both doors and ended up getting an 8 kill streak before the game ended.....'FUN'
So I realised this is quite an easy platinum trophy, I actually had A few without trying so I’m going to try plat it.
Just witnessed the tank one I see what you mean! You think you've got the woman and completed it then no you have to do the tank, you think you've done the tank then you have to guard an box of something then diffuse a bomb not sure if theres anything else after that!!
This made me look at someone I used to watch a lot of to see what they were doing nowadays; onlyusemeblade. After seeing the first result on Google I think I'll give that dude a wide berth...
Yep, you have to guard at least 3 different boxes. The first one at like a gas station, then it moves you inside the warehouse, then it moves you somewhere else and we all died there and it reset at 'escort the tank' so we called it a day. No idea what lies after that.
Yeah he fell way off. Complete arsehole nowadays. Think he had drugs and alcohol addiction too.
Just got this. Been about ten years since I bought the last one. Is there no team deathmatch, apart from the night vision mode.

I think you go into the filter thing next to the quick play, and you unselect all the modes you don't want.
First cod I’ve bought in a while and I’m quickly remembering why that is the case.
Seems a decent game, I just think the format now is just too dull for me. It keeps me entertained for a couple of games but beyond that I just don’t get hooked by it. And I’m not a fan of ground war, just seems like a BTEC battlefield game.
Campaign was solid enough though. Some really nice missions, Piccadilly was one of my favourite cod ones ever I think. Standard evil Russian trope and the US freedom fighter shit was cringe, but definitely good fun. Not very long though and I was left a bit disappointed by the ending.

Is it just me or is there not many playing this game? I've barely had full a since lobby since playing, which is mad because of the cross play should help that. Survival seems dead also. Operations is popular at least.
People are quickly realising this is a terrible MP experience and likely going back to other COD games or just other games in general.
This new NVG mode is pretty sweet.
Survival is locked to PS4 only for a year, so cross platform won't help with that unfortunately.
What's the multiplayer trophies like? I love me some trophies but the multilayer one's drive me crazy in some games.
Was saying this to my mate earlier. Lobbies not full a lot of the time. The game sold exceptionally well so don't know what's up there. I think loads of people are playing groundwar which i don't like at all.
With the new voice actors I'm worried that they're going to ruin Soap. One of my favourite things about MW2 was that Soap was a proper mad Scottish bastard wonderfully voiced by Kevin McKidd.
Is that the Night Vision mode? What game modes does it cover. Is it just team death match?
Played about 6 games so far and they've all been TDM - also with realism turned on.
Yeah that's a shame because ground war is my favourite game mode but this is crap in MW. Maps way too big, and only 2 bloody maps. So it gets boring quick.

I liked it in the Beta, but it's just absolute chaos in the proper game. I guess it's supposed to be like that, but it's just a fecking mess tbh. Overall I'm enjoying the game though. I'm having fun with other game modes. Loving Cyber Attack.
Yeah same, the beta was steady. It's a disaster now. I hate hardcore mode but now I'm more into it because the normal is just killing me. Now I'm mostly playing Realism and HC Domination.
Oh yeah forgot about that. Stupid deal I've ever heard.
Played about half the solo campaign and about 2 hours online - or up to level 12 or so.

Finally got to level 53 and unlocked the AK, so I could get rid of the annoying fecking green square that was alerting me to the fact I'd unlocked an optic for a gun I hadn't even unlocked yet for about 40 levels.
That did my head in!
I'm massively enjoying the game, I think it's recency bias that is making people forget about campers back in MW1+2 days. The maps don't really help this one, but campers and hackers were definitely a thing back then.
I read a review that mentioned the 3 lane idea to designing maps for games like this. However, on quite a few of the maps now, this is missing and it is easy to tell when you're playing.
Take the cave map for instance, you've basically got only 2 lanes, either through the cave, or the town outside. On cyber attack you can shut off one lane with 1 guy leading to everyone going through the cave, so people just camp that.
There aren’t any which is great they’re All single player only. I’m just cleaning up the last few by entering missions on recruit getting them and backing out and then I’ve got to do the hardest one which is completing the campaign on veteran.
Oh awesome. I'll probably try and get the plat then (love me some platinum trophies). Surprised there's no multilayer one's with a game like this.
They do have some special ops ones but they’re not linked to the platinum it’s all single player....thank god.

that’s going to be a frustrating. On the whole the trophies are actually easy.Question about the multiplayer challenges. In mission challenges, Are they actual guns or are they just paint jobs? I'm halfway through a challenge called steel curtain.

Actual guns, however they are the ones you can already unlock and customise, they just come already customised.
For instance I unlocked the m4 through a challenge and used that before I unlocked the attachments it came with.
Mmm I see. Need to get 20 point blank kills and it's stupid that I having to basically bump into a guy for it to count. Lot of stress for something you can already unlock later. Won't bother with it so.

Still haven't patched the munitions thing in Operations.
It only counts if you hip fire, the range is a little further than you'd think but I wasted a lot of time ADS'ing for that one.
Think playing publics online is horrific, one of the worst CODs easily.... However me and a few mates have played a few gamebattles games and it is very very good. If the GBs weren't good I wouldn't be touching this
So, everyone's experience has been like this? I dont play the game personally, but this had me in stitches.
