Glad I resisted Rashford and Martial. My first wildcard was wasted on those.

Gonna be a third clean sheet for City with Otamendi benched, isn’t it?

Lundstram

Only player scoring for me right now with 5 players on 1 (4 from City and Liverpool, 1 Arsenal...)

Lundstram on my bench instead of Otamendi :nervous:

Hopefully Pep won’t bring him on with City losing... Mahrez, Jesus and Mendy as the three subs please.

How many times does Lundstram have to perform for you lot to learn! Never bench!

Same point with City defenders, they just aren't keeping clean sheets, way too expensive. Cheaper defenders is the way to go this year.

Lundstram is only one doing anything for me. Mane, Sterling, KDB and Trent being useless wankers.

Otamendi on. That's unlucky for people hoping for Lundstram auto sub.

Persisting with Robbo over Trent is paying off.

On 52 at the moment, had King on the bench of course

I’m taking out VVD this week he’s turned into a wasteman.

Lord Lundstram! Auba scoring after his the blanks during my ownership annoyed me but his sub (Jiminez) scored so I'm all happy about that.

The final few minutes pissed me off though with Walker, Robertson and Mane scoring. My rival has all three.

I'm on 54 with 4 players still to go.

Lord Lundstram the star of the show. Trent, Mane, Jiminez all coming good in the end. Phew.

Still got Vardy, Abraham, Mount and Soyuncu to come.

You can't say you weren't warned. Otamendi has missed plenty of games and looks far from guaranteed. I got rid 2 weeks ago for a cheapy. City don't look that solid really. Neither do Liverpool.

I feel like I have hit the perfect spot with TAA, Lundstram, Dunk and Soyuncu. Diop has to go.

They were playing Southampton at home to be fair and we’re odds on (c. 55%) to get a clean sheet - a lot higher than Sheffield were. Obviously it’s quite easy to say these things in hindsight but City could have comfortably beaten Southampton 4-0 today and no one would have bat an eyelid. I don’t think anyone expected a 21 point haul from Lundstram either - He’s scored ten goals in his career before today!

Obviously know Otamendi has been a rotation risk though. Just made an assessment that he’d either start or be on the bench and not be subbed on - he’s been benched three times this season and never been subbed on in those games.

 sorry to laugh. It was a big punt though. Well, not that big.
It was a no brainer as a captain, but just not the day for it.
Never make decisions at 11.29 is what we learnt!

Hope this doesn't cost me later on in the season in the competitive work league.

Mane's haul obviously wasn't pleasing, but Lundstram's a superb bonus. 21 pointer I reckon!

Ryan - Button

Lundstram - Diop - Soyuncu - Lasceles - Rico

CHO - De Bruyne - Mane - Sterling - KDB

Aubameyang - Abraham - Connolly

2 Fs, £0.4m ITB. Thinking of going Auba -> Vardy and CHO -> ??? Any advice for the midfielder?

I'm only messing with you, who did you bring in for Pukki? x
Vardy. So that went well last week!

But this week's changes didn't... Maupay and Martial in. Although Wilson and CHO did nothing. Martial should be good value going forward though.
