Another incident where the ref should be encouraged to have a look at the monitor on the touchline.

To me that's the worst aspect of the VAR implentation, no ref having a look particularly in such a huge game and key part of the game.

How was Alexander-Arnold supposed to get out the way of that?

Guys VAR was right. Bernado Silva handballed it first or else it would have been given!

VAR has lost so much credibility.
VAR is fine, less so when refs refuse to use it properly. I have a theory about this which basically goes that refs have been so used to playing up to certain things (e.g. home atmosphere at Anfield) that they refuse to move beyond that outlook when a system like VAR is available. It simply becomes embedded into it hence the inconsistency.

...and Salah

When City won the league they really dominated teams, Liverpool luck their way to wins quite often. And long balls.

VAR usually takes 20 minutes to look at a handball.....that was checked in 10 seconds. Jokers

I simply don't understand the handball rules anymore.
I've given up even trying to figure it out. It's random now whether a ref or VAR gives or doesn't give it.

VAR was brought in to cut down on the amount of grey areas. Seems to be doing the opposite at the moment.

If he doesn't handle it, Sterling scores most likely.
If you look the the replay, Bernardo Silva actually handballs the ball Into the box from miller's tackle. So before Arnolds handball it would be given a Freekick out against Silva.

Under a tree.
More luck for Liverpool. I am so unimpressed with them this season, yet are miles ahead.

If City equalise, i think they go into win this

Its just refs sucking each others dicks.
