Why didn't Antonio start this game? Only West Ham player who seems up for it today.

Oh god, the Jose love-in is back on in here and in the media. Some people need to put it back in their trousers.
I guess what partly prompts that is the hate so many still have for him.

Spurs have conceded that exact same goal at least 10x this year, where the first attack is snuffed out and then simply cannot clear the lines and lose a striker at the top of the box.

Alderweireld is so slow, he simply cannot react in those situations. Antonio did him like a Sunday league defender.

Until that goal Alderweireld had been very good today.

I wish we had fast wingers when Mourinho was here! Never understand why we didn't buy one or two under him.
Because we weren't allowed? It's no secret Mou wanted Perisic but Inter held us to ransom over him. Bullet dodged as he's only playing for Bayern Munich now.

We also tried to get Moura but only offered him a loan because our board are incompetent.

Jose couldn't have picked a better team to play against for his first game.
Just like last season when he was sacked, it wasn't done randomly. It was to help the new manager transition as easily as possible with new set of fixtures to build confidence.
Their next game is Bournemouth, then Man Utd and then Burnley

Mourinho couldn't have asked for a better opponent to play on his first outing. West ham are in a shocking form haven't won in their last six or against guess who..?

I'd have fancied them to beat most teams today with the Jose factor in full effect. It's more a question of how long it will last.

Thankfully commentator called out Kane's overplaying again. Worst diver in the league.

Does anyone else think Kane should be off? He's accumulated so many fouls this game its unbelievable he's only just been booked.

Can't blame West Ham for not kicking the ball out there, Spurs have been going to ground at every gust of wind. I missed the first half but second half looked very even with West Ham slightly better.

Would be interesting when they face a team that has a proper goal keeper.
This Spurs team is shaky defensively - I don’t think they will get top 4 or even be close to it this year and luckily for Jose he has his excuses ready.

If Rice has got a touch to that then he's an idiot.

Never mind, was going wide.

This Spurs back 4 is going to kill Mourinho.

They got Poch sacked, and now they are going give Mourinho a heart attack.

So glad we got rid of him, all those defensive subs again just brings all the pressure out of nothing suddenly, he's a pussy Jose.

Spurs have been awful for the second half of this second half. You can see why they throw away so many leads. Good luck Jose you are going to need it sorting this lot out.

Robertson starts and Salah on the bench to no surprise to anyone...
