The thing is we are desperate now. There's no hiding it. Once we have a more or less really good starting 11 then we won't be so desperate. After that, we will be able to be more choosy as we won't have to worry about things like finishing top four or going deep in tournaments. Sometimes you have to pay a bit more to get out of a mess.
