Ok Mendy is back to being a clown, but his engine is huge and if continues to stay fit and play I do think there is a real player there.

Fernandinho for Laporte actually improves their backline.
Well, no. Laporte was a vital piece to their system and his absence has been a disaster, pretty much ruining their season. Fernandinho does a job there but in no way their back four is improved.

If Guardiola didn't overthink this and played sterling and aguero they'd be tonking us by now

I can never for the life of me understand why Cuadrado gets so much game time for Juve, never seen him have a great game and his stats are bang average.

Bernardo Silva has regressed. Or maybe he is just better on the right and away from the center. David Silva still the superior player.

Both have been poor the last games particularly Sterling. Jesus deserved to start. This false 9 formation gave them a solid defensive basis but their midfield is devoid of creativity.

Not even close, Bernardo is now miles ahead as Davids legs have gone. he's just not a striker or a false 9. In midfield or on the right he'd be much better.

Real has some good players in goal, defense and midfield. But the front line isn't good enoug.

Isco has no end product, Vinicius a talent with up and downs and Benzema is more playing like a false 9.

They need to move him to the right or not play him at all. He is too slow to play in the middle. He has more trickery cutting in from the right.

Not sure why there is so much positivity from the commentators for City. Madrid have looked poor yet City not threatening enough I feel.

This is a match they should look to be winning.

Madrid/city is a dreadful game. Both sides spent the entire first half rolling around on the floor. Bitches the lot of em.

UK, hun?
Goddamnit, just got BT Sport and this is the game to christen it. Rubbish.

Someone stick United on! Then I can really drift off to sleep.

Don't care that sterling is out of form, carvajal is the clear weak link on our defence, you want to attack him with a guy who can consistently take him 1vs1 and prey on his mistakes. Gabriel Jesus is good, but he's not that type of player. Also Mahrez is useless for them on this setup against us. Like this they're light in attack and have to rely on us making big mistakes to be dangerous(tbf we did make two big ones)

Why does Zidane hate Bale?

So far, Zidane has been out-tacticked by Guardiola. Madrid look bereft of ideas with LvG style pointless possession.
