It's probably going to be the better game to watch.
The superior team at home being 1-0 down in the second leg is more intriguing to me than the situation for Dortmund-PSG. Maybe if you just value goals, PSG-Dortmund might indeed be better.

Could go either way for both games, I guess, although the Liverpool game does indeed have more potential to be a bit dull. I'm just annoyed that they're choosing PSG-Dortmund again in Belgium after they've already aired the first leg of that tie as well. Feels like it's been three seasons running that they're shading Liverpool as much as they can (which they probably aren't, but still, annoys me).

Well, in Paris it's the superior team at home being 2-1 down in the second leg - and the away side doesn't play football that is the physical manifestation of a slow painful death.

Can't speak for Belgian broadcasters though. If it's any consolation, the Hungarian broadcaster will show Liverpool v Atlético.

The situation isn't going to get better anytime soon. If they cancel games now they might as well cancel the CL.

Have a horrible horrible feeling Spurs will make it through, they can easily score two goals against Leipzig's second string defense.
I have that feeling too, Leipzig has been significantly weaker since January. They went from 5 point ahead of Bayern to like 5 point behind in a few games

" Spurs manager Jose Mourinho has won none of his last seven Champions League knockout matches (D4 L3) since Chelsea beat PSG in April 2014. "

I wouldn't be surprised if he pulls rabbit out of his hat, but they will have to work reallyyyy hard, so they might be very tired on Sunday. On the other hand might be full of optimism as well.
Don't really know what I want here, them to go out or to progress. If they go out, no more games except PL, if they progress, their mind might be on CL, so one opponent less for top 4.

Mental to have a CL match with 50,000 people in Leipzig today while across the border the Czech government has banned everything with more than 100 people.

As far as I know the authority when it comes to this kind of things lies on a local level, which I guess makes this a bit more suceptible to corruption/stupidity. DEL (the German ice hockey league) has just canceled its entire season, fotball should at least take a break, but with all the money at stake people don't really seem to care.

A stat posted on the UEFA website:

Mourinho has managed 25 games since replacing Mauricio Pochettino at Spurs. In those games, they have kept just three clean sheets. That doesn't compare very favourably to his other clubs – at Chelsea his side had kept 17, it was 15 at Real Madrid, ten at Inter and nine at Manchester United.
Abysmal.

They should cancel the CL

Anyways, if they can get his test results in time for the game and they're negative then there's no problem. If he's positive the CL is over

How can Italian sides be playing Champions League matches if the country is locked down. Saw some ludicrous news that Getafe are going to fly in to play Inter Milan in the Europa league, then fly out afterwards. If I was an Italian locked down I would be absolutely seething that some old football matches could risk peoples lives & quarantine didn't apply to them.
