Not overly fond of the programme but the Miami vice theme was awesome
Also 'Laura's theme' from the show is great, and this 'how they made it' video just makes it even better.

I read that as cast members were added or taken away from the credits for the bill they lengthened or shortened the tune to fit the time needed, which is why it sounds a bit odd in places. Not swearing that's true though.

Strange quirk if they did that! Never heard of a show doing that before.
Didn't think much of the tune at the time - more, took it for granted - but listening to it now, I realise it was quite the banging tune.
Going through some of the vids of shows in here I've not seen, this is quite something.
Yes, I think it's unique. Jeff Stewart's story (Reg Hollis) is a good one too, when he was written out of the bill he took it so badly he tried to commit suicide by slitting both wrists, but recovered enough to win best actor at the manhattan film festival three years later. Good old Reg.
