Why would people point their finger at Ronaldo when Sarri is their Manager?

Did you lot not watch the premier league? The guy is an ignorant manager who doesnt get the best out alot of his players.

Ronaldo moved to Juventus because he wants to be known as the player that won things in the 3 hardest leagues. Sarri isnt a CL winning manager and Juventus dont have a core CL winning team.

Ditch Sarri, get a better manager - maybe even Pochettino and use Ronaldo for the CL.
There is nothing hard in serie a, Juve have won the title EIGHT years in a row

it wasn't at all tbh.
It absolutely was. They finished third and won a Europa league. That was a good season. Finishing behind two teams who put up historic point totals is nothing to be criticized for.

Not one Utd jersey spotted. Tells you all you need to know. He doesn't give a shit about us yet some in here would sell their kidney to shake his hand
You joker. It's like a 60second clip showing a tiny section of the fairly large museum

He was shocking against Milan in the previous game too. Trying to do everything by himself. Holding onto the ball way too long and letting their defence get set up. Shooting from everywhere. Missed a peno. Pure petulant especially for his age. I haven't liked him at all since he left United. He’s obviously got great numbers but he’s also really annoying. I much prefer Messi as a player

Good results, but some dire football after a while. They started really brightly I think and was joint top at the table. Should have beaten Liverpool if not for that late Sturridge goal.
It got clearly worse after christmas. They got smashed by City and Bournemouth and dropped points in other easier games too.

Sarri is a great manager but a terrible fit at Juve whose philosophy is almost the antithesis to his approach. I think his Napoli squad still played the most attractive footbal I've seen in the last 10 years aside from Guardiola's teams. This term "Sarriball" didn't come out of nowhere, there attacks were really breathtaking at times. And he turned Mertens from a good player into an attacker that could score 30 league goals a season. Truly special.

Thing is, I think he has to adapt his style to Juve. And he has to integrate players he wouldn't really integrate if he had they choice. He'd need to go to a club like Barca with less focus on results and more emphasis on how you accomplish them.

He really should have never left Madrid. He probably should somehow try and leave at the end of the season to a team that suits him better but I can’t think of any top team that will be in for him at 35 apart from maybe PSG.

The last thing he’ll want to do is turn into a clown like Ibra where he’s tossed from club to club. Yet, I can only at best see PsG being the club that might take a punt at him. Really the damage has already been done. It will be a sad way to end his career if things continue like this.
Wasnt he on like a 10 consecutive game scoring streak before covid?

Your all acting like hes gone the way of Rooney here

Where are they now?

Its plenty harder than staying in the same league playing the same players with the same players doing the same cr*p and everyone dribbling at you like your doing something new just because you dribble past half the defenders who cant defend in one league 3/4 of a whole season . Should Ronaldo join Napoli or Lazio? Ronaldo has been one of the 2 best players in the world and he deserves to play for the best club in the league be that Madrid or Barcelona, Juventus, United or whoever their rival was. People acting like he should play for west Bromwich Albion to prove a point whilst other players stay loyal to a club where they have literally the piss easiest way of life and the highest class of players consistently playing behind them - struggling to win things when they dont interlink & yet that's all good because they win their easy league - yet when Ronaldo does it at Juventus, theres nothing easy about it.

I'm okay mate.

C Ronaldo didnt go there to win the Serie A, he went to win the CL & to me Sarri isnt a CL winning manager.

I agree with you, I might have overstated it but I just dont see how Sarri fits Juventus and C Ronaldo.

In my opinion, whilst he has been absolutely sh*te for some time now at his current club, I've wanted to see Diego Simeone at an Italian Club - either Inter Milan or Lazio. I wonder if he would ever consider Juventus.

Ronaldo the proper built type striker might come out under him if he really cant play out wide anymore.

True, but still won the Europa League and finished third in a league that had a historical top 2 finish.

For an “easy” league Ronaldo only won twice in nine years. No one is saying that he should play for a mid table team. But he left Madrid due to disagreements with Perez. Going to Juve was a really dumb move. Even Allegeri couldn’t make it work in CL. Warri isn’t great but trying to build a team around a 35 year old Ronaldo isn’t the way to go. Especially if he doesn’t have a Bale, Ramos or Marcelo to finish the job in the few bad games he does have. He isn’t getting bailed out or have other teammates step up like he used to when he had the best midfield in the word behind him. Madrid would’ve walked La Liga had he stayed but instead he’s on an aging team that has the lowest ceiling of any team he’s been on in years and years. It was a dumb move to come to Juventus.

Did you watch the game? A «free» goal, most players will score there (apart from Messi of course). That assist to Dybala is a pass that you and I can make :) the goal was 99% the finish, 1% assist. The back heel was nice, very good patience and passed it just at the right time. For some reason it doesn’t count as an assist since the deflection from the defender.

I do agree he has looked poor after the break, especially in the two Coppa Italia games. No goal from open play in 360 minutes is a worry, he had two headers he usually scores tonight.

Oh look, pregra is back.
Please educate me on what has been so impressive about tonights and/or the other 3 performances after the restart. And not just write «SIIUU», as that is all you usually post.

You support Barca and Argentina, yet you are pressed by what people who love Cristiano post, on a thread dedicated to Cristiano. You Messi fans will never cease to amaze. It's a whole bunch of you guys on here.

Cristiano has 5 Ballon d'ors, dominated the EPL, Champions League. He's now 35 years old, He has nothing to prove, but I promise you one thing, he will continue to give you haters sleepless nights.

It’s just funny you’ve been here since 2013, have less than 500 posts and most of those have been negative posts of about player you don’t like. *shrugs*

100% bang on. Most players at 35 are either retired or unable to perform at the highest level. I, and other CR7 fans, just want to enjoy him and his goals for as long as we can.

And he looked great yesterday. Fast, dribbling a lot, getting past defenders to get a cross in on the wings, consistently dropping his marker(s) for finishing positions. He was a nightmare.

Ironically was below par on the finishing itself.

35 and still quite easily top 2 player in the world.

The fact that people keep writing him off and he just won’t stay down!

What about la liga? Barcelona has won 7 of the last 10 la liga titles. Juve has won 8 of the last 10 serie a titles.
You just absolutely destroyed that whole argument    :lol::D

Imagine Bruno and Pogba behind Ronaldo.

What a goal.

To be fair, since the start of Juventus' Serie A dominance, Barcelona's league rivals were CL finalists 6 times in whereas Juventus' rivals have zero final appearances. It's not analogous at all and there's no doubt that La Liga has been the best and most competitive league over the last decade.

Real Madrid over the last ten years are far far harder than anything in serie A

Yeah, that doesn't make your post saying that there is nothing hard in winning serie a less ridiculous.
It’s not ridiculous, Juventus had been crushing it I mean EIGHT times a row is insane. It’s a one horse league. When Atletico managed to win a la liga and we’ve had multiple teams from la liga win the UCL or make the finals, whereas serie a has Barely any representation past RO16

So no, not ridiculous at all.
