This is Article 56 btw that CAS have said they have contravened -
So they broke the rules, evidence was presented of said breaking of rules (even if it was through hacked emails), they get an initial 2 year ban for the offence but manage to get away with really. I said last week I thought they would get away with it but it's still absolutely laughable.As expected really. But hope Chelsea get 5th now

FFP has always been a joke and this proves it. Sucks for us that City was correct in this, but they did football a favour in challenging UEFA/FIFA. Those nutbags doenst know what they're doing.

The 10 million is for not cooperating with UEFA, nothing to do with their dodgy funding.
Huge hit to UEFA's reputation and power. FFP is over now, clubs like PSG will see this as carte blanche to go nuts in the transfer market.

Rather we got there on merit than rely on a CAS verdict. Can you imagine what the Bitters would have made of it? They would have found a way of blaming SAF
