Bruno had a shit game, pogba too, martial missed a great opportunity I dont understand why he didnt place it instead of rocketing it, rashford also missed a great one, then we get 2 injuries in the same position, end up with 10 men.. We made it hard for ourselves today and Southampton pressed and got lucky...

I'd be less upset about this if it wasn't for the fecking studs flying into our players all the time.

If we had taken our chances we would have won.

Still though Ole should not have taken off Bruno.

We looked so spent, and now we have to do it again on Thursday away at a team with an extra day and half's rest, and the blueprint on how to beat us.

I still don't think we are as good as some of you hope we are. Played off the pitch at home by Southampton. The only thing that gave us hope was 3 minutes of brilliance by Martial. Other than that we looked championship level.

Can anyone explain to me how Romeu does not get a red card using VAR? That could've caused serious injury to one of the brightest young talents in the game and he knew exactly what he was doing.

I was concerned that five games in quick succession with the same starting eleven could be a step too far, and that was the case tonight.

We were knackered after 70 minutes paid the ultimate price for it.

Missed opportunity tonight though it is 1 point closer to our goal and could be a valuable point at the end of the season. It was a fair result in the end, we weren’t at our beat today and Southampton really gave it their best to get the equaliser. Having said that, I felt that fate somewhat conspired against us, Southampton should have had two players sent off tonight, Romeu with a leg breaking tackle in the 1st half and Ward Prowse should have gone with a 2nd booking after half time. The whole incident with losing Shaw and Williams was incredibly unlucky.

Disappointing not to go into 3rd but best not to get disheartened, we didn’t lose. We are getting closer. But this does mean that we have to beat Crystal Palace on Thursday

Predictable.

We are allergic to top 4.

Congratulations to Southampton on getting that point you were willing to die for. They have nothing to play for yet wanted it more.
Really seems that way. Was the same last season. Any chance to really push for it and we bottle it.

Deep down, I actually prefer it go down to the last game. hope we come out roaring and absolutely twat Leicester.
Our players might be spent by that point. It's one of the OGS's weaknesses although atm, he has to play his best or we won't win.

Romeu should have been kicked out of the stadium. Otherwise was a good game to watch until the last ten minutes. We should have nailed them earlier though...

Where the grass is greener.
We looked knackered and just were hoping we'd get across the line. We lacked control and strength all over the pitch. Bullied all over the place really, holding on like that was meant to be a thing of the past but we were just desperately clinging and never looked likely to not concede.

We didnt turn up today. Simple. Dont care if its somehing to do with the fixtures, the tierdness I dont care. A win here would have been massive. Fecking Leicester hit 9 against theses cnuts. Shocking performance from us. And to park the bus was a dreadful call. Maguire and Lindeloff arent rock solid, everyone knows that. to depend on them to see the game through is fecking naive. Fecking fuming.

This game proved is we need Grealish and Sancho badly. When we subbed off Bruno we just gave the game to them.

3 more games. Will these 11 players last that long?

Whatever may be the final standing. We need good reinforcement in at least 3 areas.

Spineless bottlejobs in defence. Lindelof, my word. Get rid of him before we get anywhere near CL finals or Prem title run ins.

And don't get me started on the lumbering oafishness of our two oil tankers Matic and Maguire.

Southampton held out for 25 mins earlier in the season with 10 men. We can’t last 5 mins.
however the goal was coming for 15 mins beforehand as we decided to stop passing and just sat back. It was nearly as bad as watching Jose defend a lead and concede late on, the only thing missing was Fellaini being bought on to concede a late penalty.

And stop blaming Lindelof. The ball was already in the net. He saved some great chances that they had earlier on. Us resorting to counter for the last 30 is the problem.

Why did awb gave up the corner?

Ole needs to not just play the same 11 till they are exhausted. And he needs a better drilled team so they don't fall apart under pressure.

Not having the tired excuse. We were outplayed for large parts of the game. Probably would have been fine if we finished with 11 players, especially gutting after them not getting a red.

It will probably give Chelsea and Leicester a lot of confidence, but I still doubt they will finish with three wins.

feels much worse than a loss, that. Unacceptable stuff really ... conceding like that, given what's on the line here.

The team resorted to playing long balls for the last 30 minutes, it was as if the team can't retain the ball at times.

Lindelof is not a Premier league defender. Need to replace him ASAP

Needed 3 points there as I don't fancy our chances away to game raising Palace. Could well come down to needing a win away at Leicester and we're not getting that. No doubt another sickener against Lampards lot on Sunday. Too bloody soft when it matters!

Oles done well since lockdown...
But he's been the second coming of David Moyes in this game.

Takes off our ability to play the ball up the field in Bruno and Pogba to get 11 men behind the ball. Cost us the game through negativity. Which certainly isn't the "United way" bollocks he spits.

The first time in months that we have something to play for and we bottle it. Absolute joke.
A bit over the top. Our first 11 look so tired but if he can’t trust anyone else to play as well as them then that’s not his fault. They need a break but our strength in depth is just too shit.

A really bad one but we're still one point closer to the top-4 and I'd still fancy us to finish ahead of Leicester at least.

Bad decision by Ole to take Pogba out of the game.
