Next Sunday, nothing but a win gets us in the CL - do you trust us?

If you can't put away Leciester at OT when they are without Maddison, Fuchs, Chilwell & Soyunku on the final day of the season then maybe you shouldn't be in the Champions League. Not that I think it will come to us needing to beat Leicester, though.
The game isn't at OT, but I'd agree.

Daft question I'm sure, but are we sure about Maddison and Chilwell?

I think Fuchs is past it, and I believe Soyunku is suspended right?

Looking at the fixtures, if 'Pool can salvage some pride and beat Chelsea, it could well be a little Italian special for ourselves and Leicester, given the goal difference.

The thought of Vardy and Rashers passing it between themselves for 90 minutes, at Chelsea's expense...yeah I"d take it :)

If all our starting 11 are healthy and rested, I'll take my chances against Brenda's 11 any day.

Yes. I'd certainly trust out front 3 against their makeshift back 3 for sure.

Our defence has looked shaky at times, but we don't give a lot of space in behind which is where Vardy thrives. If Matic can be at his best, control the midfield and nullify Tielemens, then we should win quite comfortably.

We should have the edge vs Leicester. Tony Martial looks to be as focused as I have ever seen, same with Rashford. All over the pitch, I would say we have more goals than they do. Not sure the break time between last Prem game and Europa league but we need to get at them early doors and get a few goals in the bag. Leicester are pretty one dimensional on an attacking front. Shut up supply to Vardy and we should be ok

I forgot what thread it was but a couple people mentioned Leicester City and Manchester United win their next game, Chelsea lose to Liverpool. All both sides would need is a draw, 90th minute bad pass or Leicester doing a quick restart on a foul and Vardy scoring a goal.

I would like to think if it came down to needing a win United could do it.

I’d trust us more needing a win than a draw to be quite honest. Leicester playing for a point would play into our hands in my opinion.

We may be bottlers but they’d be the ones who would choke if we needed to beat them on the last game, not us. We’d choke if we only needed a point I bet.

I think there's always more clarity when it's simple: win your games and you qualify. It's when we try to play within ourselves, or are too worried about losing the game, that we end up screwing it up.

We should absolutely play to win the match, and if we play attacking football to the best of our ability then absolutely we'll beat an inconsistent Leicester missing kept players both in defence and midfield.

Shaw proving his fitness before the game, and keeping Vardy quiet will be big elements to this game. If we beat West Ham I fully expect our good form to bring us through. Can't underestimate momentum in football.

I don't trust our squad depth vs three games in 7 days.
Normally, I’d be happy to watch us play 3 games in 7 days. But with our lack of quality in squad depth and the importance of the next 3 games, I’d happily wait a week between each. Too bad we can’t.
The optimist in me says we’ll be okay and clinch Top 4+FA final... the realist in me sees our squad looks tired and it may be a toss up.

I do actually.
I just hope the players don't do an Arsenal and celebrate qualifying for the Champions League as if they've won it.

Leicester's pressing is even better than Southampton's. I'd rather not go into the game needing a win.

Yes they can especially if they end up somehow coming in 3rd at seasons end.

Strangely enough - I feel more comfortable about us beating Leicester, than West Ham

Have they 4 players missing ?
At least 4 - Fuchs, Chilwell and Maddison are all out for the season with injuries and Soyuncu suspended for the last games.

With a bit of luck - Ndidi, Evans or Vardy get a red against Spurs :)

Moyes will try to spoil it for us. We have to start the game at full pace but now I am confident that we can score against any team. It's the defence and midfield that worries me.

I feel our attack will score in most games but the midfield and defence do not inspire confidence.

If Jose can help us by beating Leicester? Does Spurs have any chance of getting into the Europa?
If not, he is Machiavellian enough to let Leicester win to get us out of the CL.

I mean if chelsea lose to Liverpool and both us and Leicester win our next game, then both teams can get away with a draw

We've choked before, but a lot of those players are fazed out. Given how inconsistent Leicester are though, I think we win by a goal.

6th will get you a place as Man City won the League cup.

7th will also get you a place unless Arsenal win the FA cup.

So Spurs need the points either way.

We only need a draw vs West Ham if we beat Leicester. A draw we should be able to get given that it keeps West Ham up for sure.
Although could only need a draw vs Leicester with better results.
The good thing is we will know if we need 1 or 3 vs West Ham since Leicester plays much earlier.

This is such a tight ending. We could even see us qualify if we lose against Leicester by only a goal or something, assuming we trounce West Ham and Leicester lose against Spurs.

More than 4.

Ricardo, Soyuncu, Maddison, Chillwell, Albrighton, Fuchs. That's 4 or 5 of our starting XI (Albrighton is 50/50)

I even listed them in order of importance for you :D

Honestly I’m slightly worried . If LC win their games and lose to Utd, they’ll still be ahead on GD unless Utd smash West Ham and Leicester. I

if Leicester lose to United they are done for. We can draw against West Ham, beat Leicester and we still get top four. GD is only an issue if we draw against Leicester (as it stands).

I personally don't believe it'll come down to the last day, but I do feel we'll get the job done against Leicester.
Chelsea can technically secure their place with a win against Liverpool and losses from both United and Leicester, putting them 4 points ahead of both.

No matter the results in match 37, it absolutely will come down to the last day. The match between United and Leicester will decide everything as neither squad can technically “clinch” before then.

West Ham will beat us and so will Leicester . We might beat Chelsea in the semi final but if we do City will hammer us in the final.

After that once we get to the Europa we will be a shambles and go out with a whimper just in time to start next season having choked our best chance of reaching the Champions League and struggle all season with Ole sacked by Christmas .

If this isn't a crying negative post that will have the opposite effect what is ?

I honestly don't.

But I hope I'm wrong.

We really should have beaten Southampton.

As good as we've been recently, the trauma of the last few years means I can't help but have constant doubts.

The pressure of all of this means if we do get that Champions League spot, the relief is going to feel amazing.

I can't wait, counting the seconds!

After West Ham away 15/16, no, I don’t really trust them to do it, especially after the Soton game the other day.

With that said, if Spurs wins by 2 goals next game and we smash West Ham by 3 or more, Leicester would have to beat us by more than one goal and even for us, that’s hard to balls it up.
