i had strongly advocated we rest entire first XI tomorrow in match thread but think Arsenal in final is too good an opportunity to resist.

maybe play DDG, AWB, Maguire, Matic, Pogba and Rashford and fill in around that.
Romero will play surely.

I think it will be Romero, AWB, Lindelof, Maguire, Williams, Fred, Mctominay, James, Bruno, Rashford, Ighalo

Still good enough to beat Chelsea IMO

I think our front 3 would tear this Arsenal side apart. City just hoofing hopeful balls into midgets. It was too easy for them to sit back and defend.
We don't and can't play the City way.

Jose had Arsenal absolutely pegged throughout his time here. We will play to our strengths as we have 3 of the fastest forwards in the league. Anyome who thinks we'll tikki takka the ball around hasn't been watching where we've had most success. The fast breaks and quick one touch passes is our style

without one of Pogba -Bruno in that midfield and we'll get over run

Maguire has played every minute and looked knocked out for a while last match. AWB was leggy as fook, probably his worst game for us. Pogba and Rashford are also playing a lot having come back from injuries, Matic cannot do more than a game a week if he's to be effective. I don't mind Dave playing, but Romero owns the cup games I guess. All these lads need resting. I don't even want to see them on the bench. It's not about disrespecting the FA Cup, it's the painfully obvious fact that we've got too many must-win games in too short a period, with no real quality depth.

If people are saying throw them all in tomorrow, then to my mind, they're saying let's risk the CL for next season.
I wrote exactly your post in last few days  . But am so tempted that Ole now goes for it!

let’s sleep on it and see how we feel tomorrow am! We’ll have an idea as soon as we see who turns up for the train journey!

Doubt Williams will play. His cut won’t have recovered enough and will split open again first time ball hits his head. Plus am sure that side of this head is still very sore.

Ole said he is in with a chance so if he doesn't play then TFM.

Did Van Persie just say Arsenal could compete for the title again?!

Haha. Nothing is guaranteed, of course. But for me, progressing this team into the CL and moving up a level will be much much more exciting than another year of Europa with or without an FA Cup in the trophy room. I will honestly be alarmed if Ole doesn't rest them tomorrow.

What's the screenshot for?
Final, semi final, that's a clue. You and Inigo Montoya would fit right in at the beeb editorial.

Just a long list of errors I see all the time on there now. Every other article has some spelling error but this one takes the cake. They have some right egits writing the pages.

Play like that every week and they can. Trouble is, they won't.
Good amendment, yep that is a small disclaimer isn't it!
For one thing, 9/10 games, they don't score those breakaways, and they don't resist possession that reached 92% at one point!

We should take revenge from both Chelsea(2018) & Arsenal(2005) by winning it this year. The common thing in these two finals was we battered them but lost the cup in the end (penalties in 2005 & a stupid penalty Jones gave away to Hazard in 2018). Let's win this and kill two birds with one stone.

Not his fault his teammates cant finish his passes.
Never been impressed by Sterling.
What do you mean you've never been impressed? Granted he had a shite game too, to say you've never been impressed by arguably one of the best players in the league over the last few seasons is a slight exaggeration but each to their own.

I know, I'm challenging that assertion.

Chelsea's defense is not the best. Arsenal have beat us this season.
I accept your challenging of my assertion but it does not change my view. I can’t vision Arsenal beating either team in the FA Cup Final this season. When the crystal ball in my head can’t visualise something happening, that’s because it doesn’t happen

I have no crystal ball about tomorrow but Chelsea should be huge favourites because of the extra 48 hours rest
