Run their socks off and then get spanked by Wolves, not out of the question.
That’s exactly what we want, try hard, still lose, get low on confidence. No more BS about Frank being better this or that. If they were better they would not have been caught by us after our shitty start.

Is this a joke? He had more midfield options and more forward options, how is that doing more with less? :houllier:
Not only that. We've had our best players missing most of our season.

Some people love to be miserable. That's the only explanation.

Who cares about Lallana?

Ridiculous narrative they're trying to build up about sentiment. He's not important enough in that Liverpool side

Leaving one man behind when you've got a corner or free kick against us is just suicide and a stupid thing to do, especially if he has the speed of Jorginho. This was a textbook example of how many counter goals we've scored this season.

Why does the camera keep zooming in on Lallana as if he’s some kind of legend of the game?

I think it does mean something. It takes Chelsea to the last day against a team that they should be beating but Wolves are never usually a pushover for any team. You'd expect Chelsea to win but nothings certain.
Chelsea smashed them 5-2 at Molineux. It's a forgone conclusion imo.

Winning a competition > qualifying for a competition

Call me old-fashioned. I think it's mental to value a top four finish over winning the FA cup.
If its the difference between a cup and having Havertz and a top quality LB for the next 10 years, id pick the latter.
Arsenal could win the cup and finish 10th.

More midfield options? Is that a joke? We have Pogba, Bruno, Matic, Fred, Mctominay. Forward options? Martial, Rashford, Greenwood have been one of the most in-form front three's in the league. And as bad as DDG has been for us, I'd still take him over Kepa.
Options are about rotations, and we cannot rotate without risking not getting the right results, which is a win. So yeah, they have more since they can rotate.

Kepa isn't very good, is he? Spain's NT coach will have his hands full with DDG and Kepa being in horrendous form.

Makes our result tonight even more shocking. I guarantee we lose to Leicester and Chelsea draw with Wolves meaning a win tonight would have secured it.

Brentford just bottled their Premier League ticket. Losing at home to relegated Barnsley. What a massive failure
I know. I don't support them but I work in Brentford so it would have been nice to see them in the Premier League.
Hopefully they'll get through via the play-offs....

Merseyside Police have put in place a dispersal order between 21:30 BST today and 21:30 BST on Friday as they anticipate large crowds gathering in Liverpool after the club lift the Premier League trophy.

Following a number of incidents on 25 June at Pier Head and the city centre, on the night when they were confirmed as champions, a dispersal zone has been introduced in parts of the city.

Superintendent Dave Charnock, said: “We’re aware of the significant impact that anti-social behaviour can have on individuals and communities, and we will be targeting people we suspect of being involved in this type of behaviour in the area.

Apparently there’s a trophy celebration after this game... would never have guessed it if Tyler didn’t tell us.

Why are they going on about Lallana as if he had a 20 year, 800 game career at Liverpool and wasn't just a bang average squad player who was always injured?

Im calling it. If we had TAA and Robertson we'd win the treble. How have they ended up with the best fullbacks in world football?

Pogba has missed practically the whole season so he wasn't an option. Likewise Rashford and Martial missed a fair bit, Bruno only played half the year here and Greenwood is a kid, although a talented one.

Unless you are talking about since the restart because if you are then we have overtaken Chelsea in the League with one game left so our form has been better.

One can only imagine what Klopp would have done at United after LVG, with all the money we’ve spent since.
