Very good game, I was scared when they played Morgan as CF for some time but he did really well this game.

Anyway, I thought he was okay. Obviously booked for a missed tackle and gave the ball away with his passing more than he usually does. There was also a cross where he flapped his arms in the air like it was under complete control, but actually he missed the ball and Maguire just about blocked the shot behind him. So far from perfect but he wasnt punished for that mistake and he did a decent amount of defending. Neither Maguire nor him were great, not sure who I thought had the better game as Maguire had his own dodgy moment

Our best defender. We need to sign a partner for him not Maguire.
Both are gonna be starters next season. I don't think we need to upgrade that position with urgency, though obviously, both him and Maguire can be upgraded (as can the other 2 starting defenders). Still, it needs to be said that this is the best CB partnership we had since SAF retired (wit Blind-Smalling in the second place).

Not a Lindelof fan, but hat's off to him today, looked the most composed of the back four today, and probably MOTM.

Completely incorrect

He got booked for a sliding challenge that was late on Vardy, gave away a freekick. If that isnt a failed tackle what is?
Cry me a river Ekeke. YET again, he proved the doubters wrong.

I know it’s a tough pill to swallow, transfer record and all, but I think koulibally(or whoever we get) should partner this guy

Definitely MOTM tonite. Very solid all game. Was one man defense a lot of times as Maquire kept getting dragged out of position.

I never understand fans with agenda. If that was smalling you would have jerked off in your pants and wrote a long post of how he is the best defender to play this game. Same thing I observe with Ole outers, all have gone in hiding and funny enough were talking shit at the end of first half. Feck these guys with agenda. I have never been a fan of Lingard but I was super happy for him and will give credit for him.

Anyways coming to Lindelof. He was magnificent today.

Played very well today when it was needed, well done Victor!
He is the most skilful defender but he will excel more in Spain, so worth selling him and sign a good partner for Maguire ?

Not the best thing to say on the day he put best performance but we must be ruthless

Maguire is the worst partner he could get and he is the worst partner Maguire could get.

He has improved a lot in the air. Tall performance today and also in recent matches. Great going.

We need more quality in depth so I'm not against signing a top center half but I'm not sure who?..

We have Jones, Rojo, Smalling, Bailly, Tuanzebe, TFM and Maguire hasn't been good. Why would we sell Lindelöf?

Maybe some poor passing first 10 minutes, but other than that good everywhere. In the air, for speed, positioning, etc .

He and the defense deserve credit for turning our form around. Lindelof has been a key component in this (he's been in better form than Maguire this year imo).

Another excellent performance and clean sheet.

Much more of a big game player than Maguire in my opinion. Maguire bosses the smaller teams sure but he looks so shaky in the big games. Lindelof is calm and consistent, so underrated by our fans. People say he's too slow but he's one of our quicker players according to speeds recorded in the PL and the speed test Lutwatu leaked. Had Vardy beat for pace all game long today & he's improved massively on his real weakness which is his aerial ability.

Nonsense. He was excellent today, in what was a monumental game for us. A better performance than Smalling ever had in 9 years at the club.
