If I was Klopp, I would sacrifice one of his 3 strikers to get Sancho (if necessary because of the price) - but I am glad as long as he doesnt :)

I Knew people hated us and were a little dense but they are all buying into that BS story really well. It’s actually funny reading all the clueless idiots on Twitter.

again like always Liverpool fans are obsessing over it and think it’s true.

Why would he do that? He has a winning formula that works and have a very good chance of winning the league with that?

Why change something that isnt broken?

Mirror now posting shite about Sancho preferring Pool over us. Either they re making up shit to get clicks or Dortmund is planting stories to drive up the price.
I thought them cnuts couldn’t afford Timo Werner who’s gone to Chelsea for 50m, so it seems highly unlikely they’re going to stump up for the prices being quoted for Sancho.

They’ll probably blame everybody else for that because they were embarrassed into taking their staff off furlough.

Yeah, it's impossible to look beyond PSG's attack. It's the best in Europe by a large distance.

As for the PL: with the addition of Sancho, we must be on par with City and Liverpool's attack, especially considering the average age of both of those sides.

Exciting times.
I’d respectfully go as far as to say our front 4 would be better then City or Liverpool’s.

City’s for the reasons I already mentioned and Liverpool’s even more convincingly because Firmino, while a key cog, doesn’t really add that many goals or assists anyways. And the 4th player could be anybody from the midfield or even TAA more likely based on his involvement with assists/goals. So technically irrelevant if we’re talking about a ‘Front 4’.

I actually think Coutinho would’ve done better as a false 9 in place of Firmino. So for me personally, I mostly look at Liverpool and think ok the front two of Mane/Salah is deadly. Firmino is replaceable anyday of the week. But obviously better than Origi so it’s easy for him to keep his place.

Don’t think he would need to be in Manchester to discuss a deal. That’s for his agents and both clubs to do. The day he flies into Manchester is when he’s here to take a medical and sign the contract with everything sorted
Apparently he just returned from Manchester.

Or Sky was lying.

Hmmm.

It says back 'to' not 'from' Manchester lads , he's a former City academy product and is looking to be returning back to where he developed is all they're saying

Those "prefers Liverpool but they can't afford him yet" leaks are 100% supplied by Dortmund.

What else could scare us into action? the same trick happened with "barca are bidding for Fernandes"

This is all part of the cat and mouse game :D

And what do they mean by "back from Manchester", are they implying Sancho was here to discuss a deal?
"Back to Manchester", think they mean more in a sense that he was originally a Man City player and that he's now going to return as a Man Utd player. Not in the literal sense that he's in Manchester right this very second

This tweet makes me smile for next season. Hope VAR doesn’t make any changes before next season. Would like to break our current penalty record.

I'm expecting mass tweeting from the Journos over the weekend, like when the Bruno news started to filter through that the clubs were in discussions.

Why are Dortmund players reporting back tomorrow? That’s a bit early isn’t it? I thought they’d be having at least another 2 weeks off.
The generally get a month off and back in training by beginning July. Their season ended June 27, so by the end of this week they would have had a month off.

Yeah like you say their season finished nearly a month before ours so would make sense

Dortmund's season ended 27th of June, a month ago, their next match is 11th of September. A little over a month to.

Vacation time is over, their pre-season starts now.

Maybe if Sancho signs for us soon enough he gets to have a second short vacation.

Deepthroating information to Howard Nurse.

Has it really been a month already since their season ended? I thought it was about two weeks ago I was watching their final game. Time really does fly in COVID world

Yeah would be nice to have him able to travel with the team for quarter final of Europa League, yes I realise he wouldn't be able to play but could give him the opportunity to meet some of the players before our little pre season starts

He knows quite a few in the squad already from England squad and playing games together online.

Yeah also would be nice to give him his debut in a non-pressurised game where he could hopefully get off the mark and then just concentrate on settling in with the team in pre-season.

Almost time muppets :D :D
Three time’s in the past 24 hours they’ve reposted that exact same story with changing headlines and even a different picture this time. Not a single change to article itself.

OK gonna show my ignorance here. I've never seen the guy play a whole match, just clips on youtube. Having 2 young kids has meant I've missed many of our matches this season, and seen absolutely no matches of other teams. Purely from youtube, this guy looks like he doesn't have express pace (I'm talking Kanchelskis/ Giggs/ Ronnie levels) and doesn't seem particularly strong, but has some nice dribbling skills and a decent eye for a pass.

Is that an accurate assessment? i.e., physically not top notch but a small skillful player with lots of talent. Am I underestimating him?

If you put down a list of things you want in your RW, he will satisfy 80% of them,.

Eventhough both the Dybala and Eriksen deals didn't come to fruition, Harris was way ahead of most when it came to our interest in both players, which was later picked up by the more well known journos.

Yup, he's not one in it for recognition and has no need to click bait. Always found him quite a good source of information.
