Those twitter posts are just Nike taking advantage of the situation. As much as I want to believe, they really mean nothing (although no doubt both players are happy to go along as it's also what they want).

A muppet would say this stunt was initiated by United together with Sancho as a way to fire back at Dortmund's media campaign. Essentially Sancho tired of Dortmund dragging it out and asking to leave without officially putting in a transfer request.
