No one is advocating for average players. Just good players that wants to play for United and provide competition to our starting eleven. Players like Grelish, Jimenez, Traore, Kubo, Camiviga, Tonali, Ghendouzi, and so on aren’t average players. They are solid players that either have potential and talent or Proven experience and talent that will make our team more stronger. Signing just Sancho will not make us stronger. What happens if he get injured? We are back to the same team with decent backup options.
You’d get 2 of those players for the same money.

I’d take sancho all day long over that list!

Found out im going to be a father a few days ago. Now we are signing Sancho and selling Sanchez for an actual fee.
If it wasnt for this whole global pandemic and the far right slowly taking over the world, 2020 wouldnt be that bad
Congratulations @cyberman , I'm going to be a father soon, baby coming out in October. Bought Manchester United baby rompers when I visited Old Trafford last year.

Should I name my son Ahmad Sancho?
Congratulations. This will beat any transfer :)

I really hope this move works out. However, I have grave doubts about Jadon’s ability to assist a team to win a game. I really hope I am wrong.
Either way, welcome Jadon, I wish you nothing but huge success.

Then Greenwood plays, now that’s what you call a cracking squad!
We are definitely going to have more than one injury. All these players are young. When will one become disgruntle and want to move because they aren’t regular? Greenwood showed this season that he is more than capable of starting for United, maybe even more than Rashford and Martial. It will be interesting to see how this affects squad morale. This will be another Amadaeus moment. I will be the first to call intra squad conflict due to this signing.

At the start of the season I'm pretty sure we'll go on with Sancho-Martial-Rashford as a main lineup. Can't see Rashford being dropped at all, sorry. He's very important for our play even when not scoring imo.

Greenwood might play his own way to main lineup later on. We'll definitely see multiple combination for the attack this season but at the start of the season I'm pretty sure it'll be this.

Funny guy. I don't know if some of you guys just follow individual players and back them to the hilt. One thing is clear Ole rates Greenwood the most because on Ole's CV it matters most to come in and unearth this world class wonderkid, no points for stating that obvious fact. Greenwood's trajectory points to him breaking every record there is. Rashford and Martial are the ones to be worried . Infact if you put all those 4 together, Greenwood stands out head and shoulders above them in terms of natural ability and game deciding moments. All pundits on TV, all ex United legends rank Greenwood as the best. Its because he is so natural and you rarely see talent like that. It will be interesting to see but from what I can see , Mason Greenwood has got that star quality that no one else can ignore. Am sorry all you Rashford fan boys, Greenwood is in a different class. I will sit down and enjoy this , because we are about to see a worldie here make his name at Old Trafford just like Best and Ronaldo. Anyone thinking Rashford is better than Greenwood, need to watch football more.

Why are you acting like I don't rate Greenwood ? Really weird taking it to such direction.

They want Sarr or Saint Maximin on the right for £50M so we can spend 30M on that Monaco kid, Chuck in Longstaff for 30M and round it off with a bargain John Stones for 30M and they’ll be happy.
I love when youngsters try to be funny without knowing that some of us having been supporters for couple of decades and have gone through hundreds of transfers that gives us little bit of fears. Every ManUtd supporter would hope that this signing would end well.

I don't know why but I am not liking the idea of him wearing that cursed #7 jersey..

I’ve been watching Dortmund every chance I’ve got since he went there purely for him, if he’d gone anywhere else but here I’d have been gutted. Felt it in my gut since he left City he was destined to play for us.
I was mightily impressed when he was with the youth at City. I was following Greenwood at the time and all i heard was how this kid was better!

 so you are saying that we need more squad depth but also these players will be unhappy as they won’t play enough?

World class players dont want to sit on bench. They will be guaranteed a starting position. The players I listed on the other hand will know their roles during contractual negotiations which will see them given more a squad role with the capacity to become regulars

It seems mad that people are genuinely moaning at this signing, an English wonderkid, arguably the best since Rooney.

They're probably moaning on another thread about how we don't compete for the best any more.
Same ones would throw a fit over us not throwing our weight in the market if he was about to sign for the likes of Chelsea,City or Liverpool

He literally ticks every box for a club like United not to mention for a position that we've been crying out for for damn near a decade.

This is the exact kind of transfer that gets the muppet juices for good reason, our attack with him looks absolutely mouthwatering on paper

So we shouldn’t sign Sancho as he’s too good and will displace an 18 year old at the start of his career in a 55 game plus season. Got it.

Jesus Christ. We shouldn't get Sancho in, in case he gets injured?

What kind of nonsense logic is this?

How about we'll be better equipped to deal with an injury to one of Martial, Greenwood or Rashford once we do get him.

Also I don't believe he'll be the only signing, we'll get a couple of others in.

Looking at Sancho’s Instagram I do get a Memphis Depay déjà vu feeling unfortunaly. Or JlingZ but with talent.

I don’t care what they do on their free time, but I have much easier to like Bruno down-to-earth kind of players rather than luxury yachts, dubai trips, Nando’s commercial all over the Feed.

Hope he Is a warrior on the pitch. Otherwise this can end pretty bad. No more primadonnas in this team, please.

anyway.. Welcome Sanchoooo!

First of all, yes that would make us stronger. Secondly, why would he be the only signing? There is nothing to suggest that.

United is run by competent business men. If they think Sancho is worth whatever we are paying and that we can afford it, I don't care what is the amount we are paying.

This is probably the biggest talent ( bar Martial) we have signed after Rooney. Not sure how people can complain about this
Hmm
