So inter will announce Sanchez tomorrow. Confirmed by their president. Was Sancho ever going to happen before that? Very much doubt it.

Fully expect movement on this by Friday.

You should write for The Sun
Very strange Watzke said some like that... Why would he say that if it isnt true?

And i read today United offered 50m for Chiesa?
Why would they offer that sum if they are desperate to get Sancho?

I think you need to understand how using the media works.

Do you take everything that everybody says completely at face value?

I cant blame us for not wanting to pay 120m.
I dont blame Dortmund for setting a price.. he is their player.. its their call.

If it happens, great. If it doesnt because we refuse to pay 120m.. fine.. just get someone for the right wing.. I really dont want to go another season without a proper right winger

Hope this is done by Monday. Need the rest of the window to add 2 or 3 more players on top of Sancho as our depth is criminal

I would blame us. He is easily worth that if we are honest Sancho for 120 or Maguire for 80. Which is a better deal? Sancho clearly for me.

That said we shouldn't just give into their demands but at the end of the day if we don't get him the club will have fecked over Ole and the fans.

Why can't you blame us? It's peanuts in the grand scheme of things. English, in a position we've been lacking for years and years, could play the rest of his career for us, and he's one of the brightest talents in world football. It's a genuine bargain, and we're lucky to get a free run at him. You people are weird.

We'll pay it in the end. Sancho is a generational prospect and he's already a world class player, English, wants to come and is in a position of need. It's a no brainer, though of course with huge finances involved. We would've known that all along. If we couldn't afford him, we wouldn't have been going through all this the time in the first place.

Well we aren't called 'One transfer at a time FC' for nothing. Hope it doesn't drag too long and it would be nice if we don't brief about Sancho's 'sky high' wages anymore as it kinda makes him like a mercenary.

Salivating at the thought of Rashy - Martial - Sancho
How about England's future front three then?

What has the announcement of one deal got to do with the other?

The main thing I take from that SZ article is that Dortmund's officials have made it significantly harder for themselves to compromise on the fee or to sell after their deadline. The claims in that piece have been consistently reported in the German press before, the only difference is that Zorc and Watzke have now both lend direct quotes to an article reporting them.

Does anyone think that if the deal was to happen, it won’t happen while we are in the Europe league. I mean who is he going to get greeted by at Carrington If he comes for a medical while the team is out in Germany still in the tournament! How’s the picture going to be taken with him shaking ole’s hand etc etc

tbh I would rather Sancho than 2 ofany combination of the other 4 ,so I'm willing to wait . Great things come to those who wait must be Ed's Mantra

Pretty sure this one will get done in the end, both clubs just trying to get the best deal they can.

At the end of the day a potential front four of Rashford, Martial, Greenwood & Sancho at the club for the next 10 years, for roughly £160m would be money very well spent.

1. Ziyech (in February, they wanted him in the January window which is the equivalent to us buying Bruno. Also it took them 10 days to agree to personal terms with Ziyech after the fee was agreed)
2. Werner (had release clause met)
3. Havertz (still loading)
fixed

It will be glorious when we offer 150m Euros in September

It would be the joint 4th highest transfer fee ever paid, and would break the British transfer fee record we set with Pogba. Whether he’s worth it or not, the one thing it isn’t is peanuts.

He sounds offended
Was coming to ask if Ole said anything about this as I decided to skip today's game so thanks. Seems optimistic imo. I'm still sure this will get done withing the upcoming week.
