A multi million pound football club being run into the ground year by year by the ineptness of these few people. In 7 years we have gone from a team that would always compete for the title to a team that most fans are hoping can compete for 4th.
Fact is that soon it will hurt United financially as well . No young person taking up football outside Manchester wants to be a United fan now . The global brand thing will only last a few years

How is it fair that Ole should have to shoulder the burden of Woodward's failures as the man tasked with rebuilding the club? We're beginning the season and there's a toxic air without a ball being kicked. That blame lies with Woodward, and our lackluster recruitment.
Now Ole is possibly out of his depth, but this clown Woodward has done nothing in the last 7 years to help the situation. Either bowing to managers and signing mediocre dross that we can't get rid of still, or not backing the managers at all.
People talk about a lack of strategy, identity and cohesion of a club. That should be coming from the top down, and with this guy that couldn't be any further from the truth.

Ole was just a move by the board, because the fans like him and won't turn against him so easily. Whenever we look like going in the right direction, we just completely fail probably because our board are happy just being in the champions league. It could be that they're just seeing it as a risk versus reward thing. Gamble on being able to get top 4 and secure champions league again versus investing to make the squad able to compete for titles and option 1 may be what they are choosing.

This. Liverpool in the 2000's were relative financial peasants even with more league titles and CL's. There is only so long you can flog past successes, a new generation of kids are coming through who haven't seen us win a PL or CL and don't register us as one of the select elite, the same people (or atleast - the parents) that Adidas want to flog their goods to.
Sancho is as much a Manchester United player as anybody who has ever been. Young, attacker, English, future superstar. You dont need to back the manager to see we should be buying him regardless.
