Is it rare for consoles to release limited edition console casings? I feel like when I was a squirt and went to Gamestation there’d often be Pikachu inspired n64s and transparent, ‘crystal’ original Xbox’s.

I think they'll sell out pretty quickly. They could only afford to build twenty units after spending their pocket money from Bill buying ZeniMax.

I'm not getting one but it looks like people are having the best luck straight from the MS store. Seems they deliver on release day and don't take payment til it ships.

Managed to get one from Amazon, it's not for me but the process was a lot less painful than PS5.
60 minute queue on GAME for all access. And Currys site saying 40000 people waiting list. All these sites once again failing.

X model is already sold out on every retailer here while S is available.
