Anything could happen.

That being said, that won't happen.

It's "Reguilón." I don't know about him being a threat, he did score two goals for Sevilla.

I know this is a pisstake but last year around December time, I'll admit I was looking at the table and our upcoming fixtures with a lot more trepidation than a United fan should ever expect to have

We good though! Expect this to be Ole's last season however I don't see us finishing too far off Top 4, maybe at worst 7th...

Imagine if you'd have a proper meltdown and end up in the league 2 or something. Imagine the state of the caf then..

Anyone feeling optimistic/daft enough can get 175/1 with paddy power.

I think it depends on the result of our next league match. If we lose then relegation is a possibility maybe even likely. But if we win then we’ll probably go on a run and win the league.

If we win the league then we should sack Ole at the end of the season, as he can’t possibly take us any further than that.

Im being deadly serious here predicting how your teams entire season will play out based entirely on their most recent result is the best and most accurate way.

In a scenario where we beat PSG tomorrow but lose to Chelsea at the weekend. Then we’ll probably win the champions league but get relegated.

I agree personally I think the manager should be sacked every time they lose a match as that will keep them motivated to coach better.

Look at Burnley, Sheffield United, Fulham and WBA - and look at our side. I can understand why people question if we will finish top-4.

But to talk about relegation - sorry I cant take this seriously :)

No. We're too big to fail and there is enough quality in the squad to make it impossible. The game against Newcastle showed the gulf in quality. Half of the teams in the Premiership could only dream of having a player like Bruno or Rashford playing for them

I know this is a wum thread but while it’s obviously still hard to win the title or even get top 4 as we’ve found out, we will never go down as long as football stays the same. Why? Simple. We have a lot of money. Even if there is the slighest threat of relegation come January, the Glazers will panic and pour £300m into transfer fees and wages on superstars to get us out of trouble, sack the manager and give a superstar one like Allegri £400,000 a week. The alternative would be selling their cash cow, which the pricks unfortunately won’t do. Also, let’s be honest, the PL wouldn’t want a megaclub like us to go down. How much money would they and the other teams lose from television revenue, Sky Sports etc. Thus, the refs and VAR will see to that.

In short, we will not be going down for the foreseeable future.

My goodness. Do we genuinely have fans who believe we could possibly finish below Fulham, West Brom and Newcastle?
