I’m happy Saiss got subbed after 60 minutes for a decent 6 points, but I’m worried that’s him getting dropped. Why’d you sub off an LWB for another one unless you want to integrate him?
Didn't realise they get the clean sheet points even if the team goes on to concede.

This game couldn't have gone any better. Saiss subbed early to secure the 6 pointer, and then an extra bonus after Wolves conceded, leaving other Wolves defenders' owners in the mud.

Jimenez is so reliable though. 34 now with 3 to play tommorow. Expected Maupay to top score for me this week, so let's see what he's got.

A bit of a frustrating with with 28 points so far with three to play. One of those being my captain. 11 points on my bench with Southampton and Leeds keeping clean sheets and no clean sheet for either TAA or Coady.

I would only be smug when establishing that he won't subsequently lose his place to the guy who came on.

Yeah that was sweet. That and Bamford getting 17 saved me this week after poor showings from James, Fernandes, DCL and Salah.

I'm on 51 with Castaigne and captain Son to go.

Yep, and well done for not going down the obvious route as I did and captaining Salah  It’ll probably be the only home game against a non top 6 team he doesn’t score in this season.

So Jimmy set for 3 bonus and Saiss for 1. That gives me a solid 41 with Captain Kane and Son to come. Groundwork laid for tomorrow.

Really struggling what to do with a transfer or two this week. Shame you can’t roll 2 over. Need them for GW8. I just know TAA, Jimmy or even Podence will punish me for selling.

After Bamford's hatrick, I was hoping this will be a big week for me.
Can't believe Salah, Bruno, Grealish, DCL all put together gave me just 7 pts.

Those players will score lots of points over the season and were the sensible shouts for this gw. Salah and Grealish were very close to scoring... fine margins. On 27 pts needing son and kane to save the week for me.

Bad week. Benched 2 clean sheets, but got one from Saiss luckily.

I suddenly feel better about my defenders, but doubting my Everton players more. They couldn't create anything at all vs Southampton.
Saiss might be dropped too so might want to get Kilman in potentially. Hard to know what Wolves will do.

Based on those stats I would be quite comfortable losing one of my Wolves attackers if I were you. Maybe they'll punish you but all the going information suggests you shouldn't be invested twice in that team's attack.

Yeah I missed last game but since the initial couple of games they've looked quite dire. Most including me who WC early had their attackers because they had a great run but have barely reached minimum expectation. Probably losing Doherty and Jota both of whom had a lot of contribution going forward previously has hit them a bit. I rate Neto but Podence has been pretty average. They see solid in the middle and at the back though and I think everyone should go for one of their cheap defenders.

Not sure if Saiss gets benched as he can play LCB as well and has looked good going forward. Would have had a peach of a volley to his name last game if it wasn't for that clown podence being a mm offside despite being in acres of space.

Yeah, you are probably right. Jimmy will almost definitely be sacrificed by GW8 for a fit Antonio, as DCL and Kane won’t be going anywhere. Timing isn’t right for GW7 though. I guess Podence could go this week early. I’d quite like a Saiss-Kilman double up, but I’m not sure I can bring myself to sell TAA before a routine home match.

Podence looks bright every time I see him, but he gets subbed just on the hour every match.

Zaha looked excellent on Saturday, but it was Fulham they were up against and Palace’s attack is dire.

What's the situation with Kilman and Saiss? Are they expected to maintain their place long term? Need a Wolves defender in my team.

Bellerin will be a good replacement for Digne, he can even stay there for good as Arsenal's defence looks solid and he has great attacking potential. I don't really have much to do with that 1.1m it will generate, I could upgrade Johnson to a fifth defender but realistically I'm never going to play that many at the back. Maybe do Johnson to Cresswell, use bench boost as I'll then have 14 players that play every week, and then start downgrading the bench...

Coady is the most nailed one and priced fine. He won't get you goals and assists but you will benefit from all the clean sheets he will inevitably provide in that defence.

I have both. Minimum 1 will play. If it ends up being Kilman then happy days, have a starting 4m defender, will just transfer Saiss for a Chilwell type. If its Saiss its a 4m defender on bench so again no harm done. If both play even better

Team now:

Martinez Nyland
Robertson Chilwell Digne Coady Johnson
Grealish Son Bruno Salah Rodriguez
Maupay DCL Brewster

With no transfer. Weighing three options:

1) Swap Digne for Bellerin next week, ride it out with current team next week
2) Swap Digne, Johnson, Maupay, Nyland for Bellerin, Cresswell, Bamford, McCarthy over next 3 weeks and take bench boost for maximum return
3) Swap Digne, Johnson for Bellerin, Cresswell and rotate

I'd upgrade Maupay but the nearest upgrades are Ings and Jimenez and 2.0m is a lot to find. I don't want to do Digne, Maupay to Kilman, Jimenez as it will water down my defence too much. Midfield is almost untouchable in its current form, any move would result either in significant value loss (Rodriguez, Son, Salah) or lateral move.

I need Kane to score big and Son to blank to go back on top of the my mini-league. And Ryan to have a blinder against West Brom.
Most likely that the reverse of everything will happen.

People looking at the next set of 3-4 fixtures and thinking who to bring in?

Chelsea have good fixtures.
