This wasnt like 2016, where I dont think any amount of Clinton in the public eye was going to win favour for her. But this election was winnable for Biden, no doubt about that, and if it doesnt transpire it will be because he didnt work hard enough for it.

deKalb and Fulton are both Atlanta.. Are there uncounted votes from outside those regions as well, which might be more Trump favoring?
