Good performance. Fred excellent. Someone please explain the penalty laws to VAR - at the moment it looks like you can mug a player after the ball has gone and get away with it, but put a foot in a fraction of a second late and it's given.

Good win, everyone working hard and luckily it paid off in a hard-fought game. Everton were dirty, we got cheated of a penalty and to be honest there were some more yellow cards in this one. I love it that they lost, and that we got away without any injuries. Also, very happy to see us finally acknowledging the fact that getting the ball into box creates danger, that you don't win by having the most passes but by creating the most chances.

Fernandes got complacent in the second half a lot of random decisions losing possession but having scored two and assisted the last I guess he's allowed some artistic freedom, Martial however... He never showed up at all and his attitude I must say is provoking, making a mess of himself constantly and then wasting time walking around sulking like a baby when he does. Fred was great, Shaw and Maguire too, I always love watching Cavani score and I hope he'll find back to his good old self real soon (especially seeing as how Martial looks completely lost out there these days).

Lot of positives on show there, character, good play. Fred in particular for me was a real stand out. Maguire as well, dominating at the back.

Only real negative for me was Rashfords passing. It was atrocious and was lucky it was him not coming off for Cavani.

Didn't think we were good. The usual sloppiness in possession we've come to accept and expect. Relying on counter attacking against a poor team. Relying on individual quality in Bruno. He'll keep his job and the inconsistency will continue.

We started playing well after conceding the goal. This is how we should be playing every week.

Rashford and Martial need to be more clinical in key moments. Pair of them are too careless at times, opportunities were there for both today.

Still quite happy with that though, best we've moved the ball for a while.
Both were very poor I thought. Some of their passing was woeful, and decision making comical.
Thought (at last) Maguire looked like a rock in defence, won the ball on the edge of our box to enable us to break for the final goal.
We look so much more solid when McTominay and Fred play, and some of their passing was better today.

Sell Pogba and buy someone that will rotate with Fred. Fred becoming a very important player for our midfield. Matic and Pogba to both go for next season.

That was a good win. I was particularly impressed with our reaction to going behind to another poor goal. Bruno had an excellent first half, Fred was great at both ends of the pitch (as was Shaw!) and the defensive players all put in a real shift to stifle their quality attackers. Maguire was my MotM as he was superb over the full 90 minutes, whereas Bruno was involved in all the goals though played a part in a listless passage of play in the second half when we couldn't quite kill them off. Rashford on the whole was ok by me; he worked hard, put himself about and occupied defenders even if not much came off for him and it was a relatively poor game by his standards. Martial very quiet with some poor connections on the ball, he'll hopefully play his way back into form.

A bit more of a killer instinct to finish them off in the second half would have been nice, I thought Bruno and Rashford were very wasteful in the second half, which we'd have bitterly regretted if they'd snuck an equaliser. As it was we were fine, and I'm happy for Cavani to get off the mark in a United shirt.

Your point being?
That we don’t usually win when he doesn’t play and have had to bring him on before we did win the games. Should be fairly obvious. Though he did come on when we were winning against Brighton in the league cup as well.

That line up but swap Mata for Pogba, swap Tony for Cavani.

Fire balls into Cavani, runners either side of him.

That's the 3rd time this season we've gone behind and come back to win in the league right? Brighton, Newcastle, Everton?
I will give the team credit they showed character responding to conceding that goal and didn't just let their heads drop

McTominay and Fred might not be as talented as Pogba, but their mentality and grit far surpasses his. If Pogba had their mentality, he'd be the best player in the world.

Happy to see we can still forge a a win after going behind. McTominay worked his socks off in helping the defence. Fernandes obvious MOTM. Rashford not his dazzling best today.

Beautifle win. Good game and good performence against a good side. I loved the fact that we wern't bullied as we always are at Goodison. Fernandes brilliant. Shaw, Fred and Maguire great.

Once again shocking stuff in our match thred. Anti Solskjaer don't even hide the fact that they want us to lose.

Excellent performances from Bruno, Shaw, Fred and Maguire. Hope Shaw's injury isn't serious but enough time to regroup, recover over the international break and put together a run of form afterwards.

Gave Marcus Rashford a 2. Geez him and Martial have been dreadful. We could have been home and dry in the last 20 minutes if it weren't for them. Absolutely terrible from the pair.

Good game. Would have been no contest if Rashford were on it today as he had some open chances to put it to bed. Simiarly if VAR would be good for something other than handballs.

Didn't look so hot to begin with, clumsy goal to concede but the defense got much better as the game progressed and the 0-1 deficit wasn't enough for us to lose points this time around.

Between Chelsea, Arsenal and Everton we have come away with 4 points which is probably about the average you would expect. Our home form is a massive massive concern, but this is a solid win to build on. Got through the tough part of our fixture list now so we really need to see a run before Xmas now from Ole.

The passing and intent was noticeably better today, still think we are way too inconsistent to be seen as on the right track currently.

That is why McTominay and Fred need to start, it may not be pretty but they get the job done. They compliment each other perfectly, and it leaves Pogba, Fernandes and VDB fighting for that third spot and other attacking positions. Excellent win going into the 2 week break!
If we had have signed Partey, he would have covered what it takes the pair of them to cover and we could play another attacking player.

Great result today. However, it only matters if it’s the start of a solid run. We need to take maximum points in the league from now until we play City.
