Biden will have won the popular vote by more than Clinton did, the same electoral college margin as Trump but with bigger margins in Wisconsin, PA and Michigan.

- Wisconsin by 20k votes
- Michigan by 11k votes
- Pennsylvania by 44k votes
Had Hillary Clinton got roughly 80k more votes in a country of 320m million, she would have won it. It was close as feck, just some analysts and Trump fans tried to pretend it was some sort of decisive victory. Compared to that election, this one will end up being less close actually, considering that Biden won Michigan alone by something like 145k, and his margin will be higher than Trump's was in Pennsylvania.
And of course both 2020 and 2016 are basically landslides compared to 2000. Now that was close.

To reiterate her point: Trump increased his margin in Ohio, Biden improved on Hillary's margin in Minnesota (quite significantly).
