It is remarkable just how much this guy has got away with and continues to get away with. Any other President in history would have stood down following these tapes being released or been immediately impeached but this guy just ignores it and essentially nothing happens.

Not quite a death ambulance - probably just more efficient that if somebody is actually dead rather than an ambulance take them to the hospital then somebody else transport them for burial that the somebody else picks them straight up and the ambulance tries to save people who have pulses?

Appears to be saying if there is NO chance of survival, rather than "little" chance that they wouldn't be transported. Would need someone qualified to translate properly though. Wouldn't EMS normally attempt resussitation while en-route to hospital?
I doubt EMS make those decisions. They likely will be in contact with ED who will probably make what would still be an educated guess about likelihood of revival based on few factors such as age, comorbidities, probably end tidal CO2.

To be honest, House of Cards was pretty stupid at times too, particularly the last season with Spacey (I never saw the actual last season). Starting to look like Veep though.
Yeah, it got progressively worse. I never watched the season without Spacey, but to me it lost its edge once he had become President - although the bit around election day when he tried to cheat his way into a second term was ok again.
