This bit about the guy found with dozens of molotov cocktails seems overlooked, had he used them inside the building then the thread title might have become very much a reality.
I am not sure about Newsome. His stupid French Laundry thing led to anactual recall vote. The CA vaccine rollout (not entirely his fault) is not helping. I am just not sure he survives this (not the recall that will fail) unscathed enough to be viable at the national level.
I believe he needs to be impeached and removed, for such a resolution to be passed (that denies him running for any federal position). Without impeachment and removal, I don’t think that there is some constitutional process to deny an American running for the big office.
The recall was circulating before the FL thing. CA republicans have always been whiny little bitches. He'll be fine.
